I got my first letter /offer from the resort...looks like they want to "reduce" my payments. This is exactly what they said would happen...but now, I am looking for the final letter of resolution...I don't want to pay less...i want to pay nothing at all....and I can already see it happening! So far so good...cross your fingers for me!

I too had a late-night phone call from this number -- 11:36 p.m. on 8/15/2011.  Scared me to death because you immediately think the worst.   I answered, but as soon as I realized it was a computerized message, I hung up.   I would like to hear more comments re this company because we have a timeshare, and though we use it, I worry that the maintenance fees will increase way too much for us to afford them, let alone enjoy the ownership.

Got inappropriately timed call as well, when I called back to given them a piece of my mind, the young woman stated that they had a phone software issue, and the manual shut down failed, and it caused everyone on their list to be called...I kind of understand, but it was still a pain the butt. (I work with software, I've never had this happen, but then again, I know what I'm doing).
I ended up speaking to a young lady and making an appointment with an affiliate company to discuss my options. The annoying call aside, I do like what they had to say. They were, at the very least, up front.

I do not know where the IDIOTS are at this company but 12:30 am is not the proper time to make a sales call.

It's Consumer Coalition .org's number. They assist timeshare owners get out from beneath the burden of their timeshare contracts (and can recoup some of the funds invested) that they were scammed/misled/pressured into getting in the first place. Thank goodness for organizations like this.

Talked to them 5/10/11, they were offering services to break my timeshare contract. I allowed them to begin work for me, and so far everything seems normal. I was given an assigned manager, and my own service rep...if anything gets weird, I will be posting again, you never know with timeshare people....but so far so good.

It's Consumer Coalition .org. They're a company that assists people who were pressured, misled, or scammed into purchasing timeshares get out from the burden of their contracts and possibly recoup their funds. It's about time!
