I experienced the same charges against an account I have.  This is all a big fraud.

I had an unauthorized charge of $2.29.  When I called the number they said their computer was down, but they would email me.  They never did.

I had an unauthorized credit card charge for 2.29 with this number as well as 2 other charges or 39.95 and 7.95 with a different phone number.  I called this number and eventually spoke with a supervisor and found that someone used my credit card number and address though a different name, phone number and email address to open subscription accounts.   I did recently get a CD/DVD that I didn't order.  This phone number seems to belong to Grant Membership
