Recorded message - couldn't understand a word they said - assumed it was a sales call or bill collector!

They called me yesterday.

I tried the number...8006893059

Power Tec... if it is a DNC matter they ask to leave your number...

What I did is... conveyed to them to check DNC list before dialing...

will be reported to DNC...

I received a recorded call on my DNC listed number from 8006893059 a spoofed number?  Recording says, this is POWER TEC (?)ask to leave a message.

If anyone can trace them back... should and they should be penalized...

I also receive other calls... do they check DNC list?

This nuimber called about autodialer for my MLM business, DON'T have a business, this is a private residence that is on the DNC list. I work nights and sleep days so this illegal call woke me up in the middle of my night. These a**es must be stopped.

They called today on my cell phone (I am also on the DNC list).  I did not recognize the number so I did not answer and also noticed they left a VM.  I immediately googled the number and found these posts.  Hope they don't ever call back.

This number calls my cell 5 times a week and never leaves a message.

Got a call at 1:17 pm two times in a row.

they called my home number as well as my cell phone.

Both are on DNC lists.

Whoever these folks are behind this auto calls are breaking the law.  annoying

Got multiple calls i am on DNC called back and got an answering machine where you say DNC and your number.

Automated message about advertising with Power Tech Systems. Sounds like a robo-dialer.

Robocall, a pre-recorded message on my answering machine from "Cedric Jameson" with some fly-by-night get rich quick scheme.  3:21pm

Automated call from idiot telemarketer who is aware the the FTC's Do Not Call listing is ineffective. Essentially an a** who does not believe in privacy or abiding by the law.

I also received a call from them 5/11/09 in the evening. I too am on the do not call list and have a private unlisted telephone number. Does anyone know who they are to report them?

message about a way to make small business explode in this time of bad
economy.  I am also on the don't call
list and lately have received several of these calls.

two calls to my private cell phone - sales pitch, hung up. They called back, I refused to answer. Some type of business scam.

7/15/09 10:20a.m. - Call camed in to my unpublished cell phone, NOT unpublished land line. Don't know who they are as there is no live person on the other end. After reading the above posts, beginning to wonder if the Do Not Call List really does any good.

Just got the call now.  If you press 9, it's supposed to add your number to their DNC list.  We'll see.

I got a call from 1-800-689-3059 twice today. Recorded message giving me a sales pitch. I found that when I called them back and yelled really loud into the phone they disconnect you from their recorded answering message. It may not do anything but it sure felt good!!!

Same as others. Robocall regarding "making small business explode." I hung up and added it my personal list of "DO NOT ANSWER" which I keep by my phone.

I got a call from 1-800-689-3059 with a recording trying to give me a sales pitch.  Well, with evil on my mind, I decided to wait until a live voice came on and I was ready.  When the live voice came on I let out such a loud scream that it almost broke my eardrums.  And than hung up. I'm sure everyone has heard screams coming from some females.  And they'll get the same blood curdly scream again if they call again.  Wow, I'm having fun today.
