Just recieved a call at my parents home saying that I owe a debt and that they wanted me to confirm my social securty number. Obviously I did not tell them crap. AND they had my name correct but not the Social security number...so a man named Arthur Sanchez (ex 349) said he removed my number from the calling list. Seemed super sketchy..beware

Just received a call from the number above.  Lady left a voicemail on my work phone # regarding a collection of a debt!!  She left a VM that anyone in our office could access.  Is that legal?

Turned out to be a collection agency for HSBC card services.

they calls all day and night regarding a hsbc credit card tthat was only 300 not telling me I owe 1,700

These guy's are a-holes, super aggresive,  dont pay them, pay hsbc directly, ifs its charged off, dont pay at all, (unless you are buying a home or car in next 7 years), paying off charge off's wont increase your score, these people will lie to you and threaten you, dont pay them, pay hsbc directly if you pay at all.

yes these people are severe jerks!! they even went as far as to say they have good news and to return the call!!!

I also got this call no way am I calling back. They call again they can send me a letter.

All of a sudden, I received a call from a man that wanted to speak with me and get my SS#, Bday and physical address. LOL  I obviously didn't give him any information or even let him know he was talking to me.  When I called the number back to get some info, this woman answered.  When I asked her simple questions such as the name of the company, address, license number, local phone number, etc., she literally started yelling at me!! Saying that I was wasting her time and for me to just give her my info so she could look it up.  Yeah right.  I couldn't believe it.  So then I just said that she just confirmed that their company was a fraud and she started yelling at me again! lol  I just hung up.

I've looked them up and apparently they're not legit.  Hope I helped someone out.  I do not have any dept-school loans, don't own property (I'm renter-all my life) and paid for my vehicles in cash.  So I don't know why these people continue to call.  Even when I ask for a validation letter, they act as if they don't know what I'm talking about. Go figure.
