I just got this number and this company keeps calling about a "legal matter pertaining to fraudulent checks". They obviously don't care that you're not the person they're looking for, they just keep calling on a daily basis to waste their breath and my time.

I got a call from Granite Law Group about a gym membership I supposedly didn't cancel in time that was from 6 months previous.  They couldn't produce any original documentation and kept insisting that I just pay the money of my last months gym membership of $21.00.  I told them if it means that much to them to take me to small claims court or just report the debt to a credit agency like they kept threatening to do.  This is a last chance debt collection agency and before you give them any of your information, make sure you see original documents and that they have everything in order.  They use intimidation and scare tactics, but legally, they can't do much more than just keep asking for money.

I just sick of them calling my phone everytime I see a 1866 or 800 number on my phone its somebody from that firm.I'm trying to get this debt off my back.because it was not supposebly gone to this point...
But I'm still getting the calls

I have asked this company to please put me on their do not call list 6 times. I am not the person they are attempting to contact. my number is 801-686-4649. they are rude to me the second I answer the phone. I am being harrased and want them to respect my rights! I want my number removed from their system.

I have several calls from this number & explained to the caller that I have a prepaid phone & that I am not working & I would like for him to stop calling my phone & report this debt to the credit agency of his choice but he continues to call !   Please report the debt the credit agency & discontinue calling my phone & wasting my prepaid minutes !
