Hey y'all. Got a call. I found this site the first couple missed calls and found this. Finally answered...Not telemarketer from my experience. It was a true professional on the other end of the line. I was skeptical after answering but after hanging up (1 hr 45 mins later) I was pumped. Saving monthly and paying my home off sooner, plus everything was emailed to me so we could confirm accuracy and sign stuff on the spot. Close it in 35-40 days.

Now they are claiming to be Quicken Loans, and that I have requested refi information.  I don't believe either statement.  Not calling back.

They try to illegally run around the law by claiming "HI, I am calling you back about your mortgage loan." when no one called them in the first place.  Time to tale these sleezebags to court.

Yes, they are a legit company.  If you happen to be a part in this Bank of America to Nationstar sell, they got my mortgage info from Nationstar.  They knew everything about my mortgage without me saying anything, and going through with it.  We close this week, if they scam me I'll let you know.  :)

They are a legitimate mortgage company, Loan Depot. I believe they are headquartered in southern California. I have a mortgage with them. They contacted me first, like many of the other mortgage companies did, when I put my phone number on an internet site that searches for re-finance lenders. To the best of my knowledge, this company was started by the person who started lendingtree.com.

This number has called many, many times over the last month or so but just over the weekend alone they called 9 x's back to back. I looked up the number and saw that it was loan depot. This is a SPAM call and I would like it to stop. This is waising my time to answer these stupid phone calls. We have NOTHING to do with them.

This is a legit company. I inquired online about mortgage rates. They will call periodically to keep you up with interest rate info unless you tell them no more calls. They have always been polite and professional with me.

Received a email on my work email for "federal employees".  This was for a low interest rate mortgage loan. Reported it to our security dept who felt it was a scam. Unfortunately, I gave personal info.

Where does this go from here?

Called looking for a former employee who was in the middle of a refi when she left the company. Probably legit.

I received SIX voice mail messages today, from Shawn (female).  I am on the do not call registry too.

I checked into this company and they are a legitimate mortgage company.  They contact numbers they purchase from various internet sites that people go to to get rate quotes for mortgages.  someone must have put my number in, which is annoying, but the first time I asked to be put on their do not call list I never heard from them again.  Cant really blame the company, how would they know if they're dialing a 'wrong number'?

I received a call from this number on my cell phone. It says it is Loan Depot. I think they are calling on different numbers. They said that I had filled out some info online. I have not filled out anything. I just don't bother calling them. This sounds like a scam.  Don't give out any info to them.  They will get tired of calling. I think these calls are coming from Arizona. There are lots of scams coming from there.
