Quest Diagnostics faxing lab results. Employee accidently gave them our phone number instead of the fax number.

i would like to know whose fax is this?

I too am getting calls from this fax transmission.
Next time I go to lab, I will put in a ghost number, so I do not have to hear from them again.
Quest does ask for you to complete their forms, but next time. I am providing a ghost number.  My doctor will inform me of results based on follow up. If it is urgent, Doc is required to contact patient by phone.
I am going to do that to avoid further calls from fax machine.
Not suggestion what you should do, but I am stating what I Am Going to do to avoid fax calls.

They called again today!!!!!!!

They keep calling my work phone with a fax and I transfer the fax to our fax machine.  It's from Kellye C. Hogan, Quest Diagnostics.

They are saying "Are you missing your Laboratory Reports?"  Umm...no, cuz I'm not a doctors office, far from it.

I've gone above and beyond, calling them (Quest, local and the 800 number referenced here), calling the place that they really want to be sending faxes too (a county doctors office), have done it 5 times now, I give, because although both sides say they will let somebody know.  They don't.  Or it doesn't happen.

God forbid that this was an important fax.

They keep calling, looking for a fax machine.  We don't have one.We're not a doctor's office and they won't stop.  I called back and IT answered and said THEY WOULD STOP, BUT THEY DIDN'T.

This fax machine calls us with Lab results when we order blood testing from Quest Diagnostics.   The faxes come in the night from 3:00  to 6:00  am.   The thing is,  they are trying to fax us results from two weeks ago!   I already got the results through the mail!   I wish they would quit waking us up at 4:00 am.

Kept calling from 3:30 to 4:00am...and when I would pick up, it was some beeping every 2 sec...any idea who it could be?
