Just had two calls from this number - within a minute - and I'm trying to find out who it was.

Several calls.. all day long.. for weeks... The caller had a foreign accent

It's AT&T Sales and Service.  It's particularly annoying to me because I am already an AT&T customer, but I guess that since I am not purchasing every service possible from them, they're not satisfied with that.   I called the number back and asked that they remove my number from their dialer list, and she says that she did so and that it will be effective as of today, so we'll see.

It is indeed AT&T Sales and Service. You can call the number back and get a recording. They are exceptionally annoying. My only solace is that our number is on a fax machine... so they get to hear the annoying screeching when they call!

I get better than 5 calls a day from this person.  Sounds like broken english and very annoying.

Calls have gone from many daily to just a few per week from 800-698-7716, still they are harrassing. Some say TollFree Number, some say AT&T Service Center.  Because of the calls I have made the decision to go with another phone provider. There then will be no doubt the calls are unwanted and illegal when I report them.  I encourage everyone to just say no to AT&T by making a switch, otherwise you are supporting this harrassment.

We're getting 5 or more calls a day from this number.  They never say a word if I answer - just hang up.  They never leave a message.

Calls at all hours. Does not leave message on machine. Has called 52 times since April 3, 2008. Very annoying.

Last night i received calls at 734 pm, 752, 801, 807, and 812pm  no messages.    I would really like to find out who is doing this every night.

...if you do business with them...they CAN call you if you are on the list or not.

I just filed a complaint with the donotcall.gov website. We'll see.

Get this call a couple times daily. I always let the machine pick up and it leaves an annoying tone.

Receive about 3 calls a day from this number, getting tired of it even when you scream in the phone for them to stop calling they continue. What does it take to get them to STOP!!!!! I think its AT&T but not positive.

I receive this type of call at least once a day. I struggle to reach the phone (after going through a recent surgery) only to have them hang up as soon as I answer.

Call constantly. Last call was at 8:16 p.m. I returned the call and got a recording that "the new at&t" business hours were unitl 7 p.m.!??? well if thats the case, why call me after 8 p.m.? Idiots

I'm getting about the same as sassie. This is just getting ridiculous. Is there nothing we can do to keep these people from calling? Frankly, I'd love to get their home number and keep calling them. See how they like it.

Get as many as 10-12 phone calls from this number daily.  Will not leave message- No one there when you do answer the phone.  Tried calling number back and unable to do so.  TELL THEM TO STOP

I am very TIRED of this number calling my home and hanging up on me as soon as I answer it. I had to use *69 to get the number and I have to pay for that. This is an unneccessary aggrivation. Any help would be appreciated.
