I just got a call from this number on my personal phone today, and I've ignored. This is definately a scam seeing as from others posts I don't go with Bank of America, and have never taken out a loan. I got a call from a woman who sounded young, in her 20's maybe. Weird.

this number has called 15 times a day and some one actually came to the door of my apt that i RENT, asking about my home loan ..i told the guy next time he came to my door i was going to shoot him in the face ..that seemed to do the trick haven't heard anything from them which leads me to believe its a scam they are going door to door leaving this number on my door knob

this number keeps calling my phone 3 times a day...i never answer and they never leave a message...so sick of it!!

First they called my husband's cell phone at work - multi times a day. Caller asked for our personal info, which sparked our suspicion so my husband asked for his ID, but he didn't ID himself. So my husband hung up on him. I went into B of A branch and file a complain. They said some one would call me back in a week after investigation. No One ever followed up. Now this 800 number has started calling our home phone. Is there an authority where we an complain to to have them stop harrassing us? This is invasion of privacy and pure harassment. I will never do business with B of A ever again!!

It's Bank Of America, trying to get information on your home loan.  They called and kept asking me questions on my loan, like the property address, monthly payment amount, last 4 digits of my SSN.  I stopped him and asked him what the call was about he had an attitude and said IT'S REGARDING YOUR HOME LOAN.  I asked him what specifically about my loan is it about, and he said IT'S ABOUT YOUR LOAN IN GENERAL.  Could have been a scam.  Not sure.

I keep getting calls from this number at my business. Everytime when I answer, they immediately hang up. No message, No one says anything, just as soon as I answer with my business name, they hang up.

There are plenty of telephone number searches on the internet. This number is Countrywide. They may be calling you by mistake or have an old number in their records

The caller had a heavy accent and I could not understand her  query  ...

i get a call several times a day. my voicemail says who they are calling. they have never left a message. maybe if they did i would return their call. odd way of ding business imo.

I have told these people several times not to call. THey will call on average 3 to 5 times a day asking the same questions over and over again. I have repeatedly told them not to call here anymore, This is pure harrasiment,

They call our law firm several times a day -- has been going for several weeks.  When you pick up the phone, they hang up.  Feels like they have to make so many calls a day and if you pick up, they reach their quota!

I hate these calls.  Can anyone do anything to shut down their phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls atleast 4 times a day asking for a person who does not live at this number. They speek english but don't seem to understans it. I would like to know which language they undesrstand

Called with the Caller ID as Loan Admin... demanded to speak to someone I don't know or heard of. Told them this was a new listing which it is and NOT to call again. We will see.

These collectors are dumb. They would rather harass people that don't owe them money instead of looking for the right people.It takes research to find the people they are looking for, but they are too lazy to do it. So they call the same numbers over and over again knowing full well they aren't the right numbers. They should be fined for this outrage.

I keep getting calls from BAC home loan(800)699-0102 at my work place, one of big financial companys(Of course not, BAC). It started nearly one year ago. At the time it was from Countrywide and now it has changed to BAC. Once I happend to pick up phone and they wanted to talk to a certian person. I told them I didn't  know who he was and you had a wrong number, but they just keep calling a couple of times a day.

We Have had out current number for 3 years or so. We keep getting calls from (800) 699-0102. Looking for a Bernie. I talked to a guy named Manual and he would not give the company name. As consumer you are suppose to identify if asked. He refused to give a name. I worked in collections when I was in college and they are suppose to identify and give a legit number. Which he failed to do so.  They call all day long with this my name is Kam!! How many time do we need to do this!

I also checked the Address that I saw on one of the posts here and it goes to Countrywide Home Loan who I think are owned or affiliated with bank of america. I have found a couple addresses for countywide in my area and I might have a visit.

So far I have gotten around 13 calls in 2 days, they keep asking for paul. Once I tell them that "Paul" does not live here they hang up. Last time they called as soon as they asked for "Paul" I tell them that he does not live here and I hang up. Im preparing a nice loud high pitched sound byte for them to listen to if they call again.

I keep getting calls from BAC Home Loans LLC 800-669-0102  ( Or could be VAC)  The number states they are a collection company.  The fax given on the recording is  805-520-5019 and the address is PO Box 5170 Fimi Valley CA 93062-5170
They keep calling the cell phone I just got, several times a day and almost daily.  When I finally was able to answer a call I told them I was not the party they were looking for and to stop harassing me.  They were looking for a Robin.  The man stated I would be taken off their list.  Now one week later they just started calling again.  The 800# does not allow you to speak with anyone..  They want a SSN and account numbers to speak with someone --- I Smell Scam  How can I stop these calls?

We keep getting a call from 1-800-699-0102.  I believe it might be from Country Wide mortgage, which we have no dealings with.  There is no message, just dead air.

I'm getting approximately 15 calls a day from this number. They idenified themselves as Bank of America or a debit collection, or she will identify herself as Janet.. You can not call this number and speak with anyone, they ask for account I'd and or social security. If you pick up when they call, nobody is there, they only leave info on voice mail..
Please someone help me stop these calls!!!
