We don't want Joe Quinn and his nasty attitude calling our office anymore and harassing our staff. He curses and is offensive and insulting. We are on the do not call registry.

Yeah, this sounds suspiciously like it is from Joe F*^%^ing Quinn himself. Nice try, loser.

I'm amazed that anyone has been foolish enough to advertise their name on this lunatics site.

this guy joe quinn called here and wanted 450 year to put a link onto his website, that caters to union members. i asked him several times what the website address was and he got angry, started swearing and said his father told him that a good attorney is one who listens! then he hung up on me.
a good attorney is one who does not waste $450 year on this nut job!

Joe Quinn called again today. About a year ago he called and that called ended with him calling me an f&*^%$ Idiot. When he called back today, I imediately recognized his voice. I told him, "Joe, we've been down this road" at which point he said, "screw you" and hung up. Almost can't wait for the next call. Its like a Saturday Night Live Skit. He'd be played by Joe Pecsi.

Joe Quinn call me. He expressed his distaste with Obama and the new New York mayor. He offered me the 450 deal and told me to put 250 down and pay the other 200 after I got three clients from his site. I told him I would talk to my partner and he said fine. You have to the end of the day. He's a jack***.

If you check his website it's a complete joke. It should also tell you something about the people that he actually fools into advertising there. Either the dumbest people on the face of the earth or just desperate.

His pitch is good, but when I see others above saying no calls over 6 months and another no calls over a year I have to believe that he is all style and no substance.

This man called and said he was Joe Quinn. Wanted ONLY the attorney regarding an auto accident. I asked a few basic questions that I am instructed to ask by the attorney and this guy turned into a NUT. He said he hasn't hired our firm and he isn't speaking to me. Then he began screaming at me and telling me I was a nut job and asked how dare I ask him for information as he was just hit by a Pepsi Cola truck. He then went on to call me an "F'n B...." and told me I needed to get laid. He then hung up on me. I was worried this was some really upset accident victim with a head injury so I Googled his name to see if he was for real. WHAT A JERK! I think he really enjoyed cursing at a woman.

got a call on may 6, 2013. He lied to my staff, told them he was in a car accident and would only speak with the attorney. As soon as I got on the line he said he was looking for atty to represent union members. I said "this is a sales call - you lied to lied to my secretary to get through to me". He told me to go _uck myself and I hung up.

Joe Quinn left a message for me sounding very rough and inarticulate and said he needed a criminal lawyer. I returned his call immediately, told him I was on a cell phone about to get on a train and would call him back when I was in my office shortly. I just wanted to let him know that I had received the call and he wasn't being ignored. Inexplicably, he started shouting at me really angrily that he wouldn't speak to people on cell phones and I was not to call him on a cell phone. I should call him back on a regular phone (which is what I had already told him I would do). The anger and rudeness was odd.
Anyway, he called me back the next day and it was clear to me that the initial pitch that he needed a criminal lawyer was just a con to sell me telemarketing. Then it dawned on me that he had similarly called me a couple of years ago, asked me for money to advertise on his site and, when I hesitated, cut the price down to $200. When I told him that, before my firm allocates any money for advertising, we first have to know more about the site and then consider it. In his garbled coarse voice, he blew up, told me that if I wouldn't spend even $200, then I was an (expletive deleted), kept swearing at me and slammed down the phone.
This nasty Joe Quinn, barking out curse words at his unsuspecting targeted customers in his rasping gravelly voice, was the singular most peculiar telemarketer I'd ever spoken to. Are there really professionals out there who turn over money to him?

Yes, I am a lawyer and he called me to say he needed a lawyer. When I found out what he was peddling and demurred to his "offer," he told me that I hadn't done any "due diligence," and that I wouldn't be able to represent him on my "best day." He hung up (quite loudly) on me after that, of course.

I received a call from a man who identified himself as Joe Quinn in need of a lawyer for bankruptcy. When I responded to the call I learned it was in fact a sales call for www.thelaborsite.com. When I asked to have some time to review his website to see if we would be interested in participating, he called me an idiot and hung up on me Unbelievable! Not a nice guy.

Someone identifying himself as Joe Quinn, union rep, looking for criminal attorney for numerous crimes just called my office. All I said was I think I spoke with him 2 years ago and he went off on me. All I did was listen, he called me a fn jerk and he was putting my name out on his web site and if anyone hired me in his union that they would get no overtime.
He saved me a lot of aggravation. No one anyone should have to deal with .....

I guess I lucked out. He didn't cuss at me, he just called me a knuckle head.
He called about Thelaborsite.com. Wouldn't let me ask a single question, nor hardly say anything. When I told him I needed to talk to my partner, and could I get back with him later, "No, I need $495 today. Today only is my deal." When I started to reply it's a partnership and I couldn't/wouldn't do that, he said: "You know, attorney's have a lot of book smarts. But when it comes to common sense, you're a bunch of knuckle heads. Bye." and then hung up.
Is it really a knuckle head move to have a call out of the blue, wanting $495 right now, and to not give you anytime for consideration of the deal or to at least talk to a partner before doing such a thing? I don't think so....
After seeing the posts here, I think we need to take up a collection to get him a copy of "How to Win Friends and Influence People."

He just called our office using the number 718.263.0126 stating he had a personal injury case he wanted to speak with an attorney about. This call wasnt terrible but I recognized his voice from a few months ago when he called and asked to speak with an attorney. I tried to get information from him regarding his 'accident' at which point he started yelling at me and ended with "I was just hit by a Pepsi truck" and hung up the phone. douche.

I also got a call from Joe Quinn today. After I started to question him about the ad he was trying to sell me he told me to "stick it up my .." This is a salesman? BTW - he got a colleague attorney of mine to buy a listing back in January and so far my friend has not got a single call. The website is BS.

Got a call from this this number, same name Joe Quinn wanted to speak to the 'former' owner of the firm. I called him back to explain that the firm has (same firm name), a new owner he said to forget about it and hung up on me AGAIN!!! ARGGGGGGGHHHHH
Not a nice man.
P.S. You shouldn't be such a jerk when people have YOUR phone number as well.

Said his name was Joe Quinn and wanted the attorney to call him that he was looking for an attorney that did DUII and Personal Injury. Hung up on my when I tried to ask for more information to field the call.
| Gainesville, FL 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown |
HE CALLED AGAIN! When I asked when his accident was he replied "ill discuss that with the attorney." I asked if he was really calling to solicit information and he was clearly caught off guard. I told him I googled him and he responded "Googled me? huh? Well, I guess I'll have to write something bad about your company then" What a douche.

What a complete jerk. This guy called our law firm 5 different times and berated our receptionist and a few of our attorneys. If you get a call from Joe Quinn do not take it. He is a scam artist and his website is worthless.
| Midwest Attorney 2011-06-06 20:58:19 Unknown |
This guy left a message at our law firm saying he wanted a call back about a personal injury claim. He said his name was Joe Quinn and left the number 800-716-0755 to call him back. Our receptionist tried to call him back to get more information. He was extremely rude to her and said he would only speak with an attorney. I attempted to call him back and he asked me if I am a partner. I told him I am an associate attorney, and he said I needed to have a partner call him back. I explained to him that I would be happy to have a partner call him back, but I needed more information about his claim and the parties involved before we talked to him in any greater detail. He raised his voice and was extremely rude, saying, "how hard is it to have a partner call me back?" I told him it would not be hard, but I needed some more information. He rudely told me not to bother and he would find another law firm. Then he hung up. Worried, I decided to run some Google searches on the guy and found this website and his website, thelaborsite.com. I am shocked, appalled, and extremely angry that this guy pretended to need help with a legal claim and in the end all he wanted to do was sell us something. What kind of low life does that? I wasted a great deal of time worrying about whether this guy was injured and needed help, when really he just made up a fake claim to try to get one of our partners on the phone. Despicable.

Joe Quinn called saying he needed a lawyer. When I called back to take the information he was RUDE AND SHOUTED AT ME AND TOLD ME HE H A D TO SPEAK TO MY BOSS. When I told he he would speak to me or nobody he swore and hung up. I want to know who he is and where he is from and report his a**. He is a Jerk!!!

Joe Quinn is now using a new number - and same MO - called to state that he had been injured. I questioned the 866 number, and he hung up.

This moron called our office, and the first time, was extremely rude. He wouldn't talk to paralegals, etc. He only wanted to talk to the Attorney. He called a second time and called our assistant a c**t.
Would somebody please find out where this nut job lives. Whether it's a scam or not, this jack*** can't even get past the rest of this office, let alone get the Attorney on the phone, because of his big mouth. I called him back from my personal phone and called HIM a c**t and he hung up. Obviously this walking abortion can give it, but caves when someone gives him a taste of his own medicine. Regardless of weather this guy is selling something real or not, he is THE WORST SALESMAN OF ALL TIME. I think he should go back to being a highschool janitor.

I just got a call from Joe Quinn. He ordered me to have my boss call him. Because he left an 800 number, I asked what company he was with. He said he was looking for an attorney. I again asked what company he was with. He repeated he was looking for an attorney. I said, "You have an 800 number, you're obviously calling from a company." He started yelling and said "I own my own business! What's the matter with you?! You're a f***ing idiot! You're a f***ing idiot!" He also called another attorney in our building, claiming to be looking for an attorney for personal injuries. When the secretary asked what his injuries were, he hung up. I found a website connected to this gracious gentleman: thelaborsite.com. What a way to do business!
