these people are idiots.  whenever they call I ask them to remove me from their list and they hang up on me.

I had been getting a lot of calls from these people at work. They would leave voice mails telling me to call them back. I called them back asking to have my number removed and each time they hung up on me. It seemed like a fast and dirty call center.

The 5th time I called, I pretended to be Gary Miller with 70K in credit card debt and I wanted to talk about reducing my debt. I was transfered to someone else and he read back the number that shows on his caller ID (not my Direct Dial number) I told him my real number and that I wished to be removed from their database as I don't want them calling me anymore. He then told me, "I can't take this call because you are on the Do Not Call List, so I'll remove your number." and he hung up.

Of course he won't do anything with my number, in fact they my ramp up the autodialer calls to me just out of spite.

People might try looking for the wave file "SIT-VC.WAV". It's the U.S. SIT (Special Information Tones) signal: Vacant Circuit (out of service or nonexistent phone number). Play this tone and the "robots" calling you will remove your number or flag it as no good.

Lets fight back.  Get a loud horn.  Call these people at the number they give you and when they answer, give them an earful.  Try this 3-4 times a day for a week, a month, as long as they keep calling you.  It's a great stress reliever.  If they are not going to stop calling us, then let's at least have some fun with it.  Maybe, just maybe, they'll get the hint and leave us alone.

Gary Miller calling - same problems as above. I tried every prank on them and nothing stops them. We have to find a way.

Been reciveing calls from Gary for ever. 30 or more times in last 1\2 year. Finely got sick of it and called and got hung up on like every one has. So I called back and ask all the same ? 20 times myself what ever they said I said and so on. The funny thing is I have a friend with old switchboard that can call the same # over and over every two three five min. How ever you set it. So we called the number and hung up for the last week nonstop. I know it most likely don`t slow them down with the 100`s of phones they have but it makes me fell better hearing them say you need help with your credit debt and then getting hung up on from me. If every one did it it would be real funny!

I have had the same phone calls and just experienced the same thing.  I have been hung up over and over again. I have asked to be removed from their database and each time assured this would take place.  Obviously, here I am...still getting the phone calls.  I intend to somehow make this stop and I will get back to you on how I did it.

They are calling my work number.  They call about twice a week; Music just placed; and alot of noice played...no area code came up, but left toll-free number 800-717-7259

I have recieved numerous calls from this number all with the same automated voice message stating that it's imperitive that I call back regarding debt reduction.  Callers name is Gary Miller with CF Solutions.  When I call this number I immediately ask to be taken off of thier call list and am hung up on.  I tried this several times in a row each time wording it a bit different but the same message and each time I reach a different person all with foreign accents (Pakistan or India).  I used to work in telemarketing and know for a fact that if someone requests to be placed on the "do not call list" and the company does not, they've violated the law.

REPORT THIS TO FCC.  I JUST FILED ONE!!

I just got a phone message telling me to cb this number. As Credit Card Fees were about to sky rocket.  I have great credit and knew it was not true and assumed it was fraud.

I get a call every couple of days from this number. Caller insists that it is "imperative" I call back since I have qualified for debt reduction. These calls come into my work phone. I've been getting them since the first day I arrived at this job. I suspect my predecessor was getting them too. I've tried ignoring, deleting and even decided to take a more proactive approach and call them back and tell them to knock it off. Nothing has worked. I wish someone would shut these folks down.

Received the same phone call at my home address under a new number we had just gotten.  Called back, asked for Gary Miller, woman with a heavy middle east accent transferred me to someone named Emmanuel.  They really didn't ask for personal information just asked if I were interested in reducing my debt.  Said the initial call I received was from Allied Services - I could not find anyone on the internet dealing with financial services named Allied.

I've gotten a lot of calls from this # and I finally decided to follow through since they made more than 1 too many a call. I spoke to some people, all with an accent of poor inner city folk, being one myself, I am very familiar with it. I asked to speak to Gary Miller and got hung up on. I called back a few times and spoke to 3 different people, each time asking for Gary and got hung up on. I called back some more and asked what company this is, got hung up on, called back some more and asked to speak to a manager, got hung up on. I called back again, gave fake info and then they tried calling the # I gave them and refused to pass me over to anyone and hung up on me!

Automated message to sell Dish Network systems, I pressed "1" to continue and spoke to a woman with a heavy Indian accent. I immediately asked what company she was with and twice she replied "Dish Network", which I know to be an obvious lie, since we've been on Dish Network's do not call list for several years and we've run into these scum companies like this one, calling from a CELL PHONE number claiming to be Dish illegally to steal information from unsuspecting individuals. Please report any calls to Dish Network's legal department if they happen to "claim" they are Dish Network. This is the *exact* same message and type of scam that was pulled previous by "Liberty Management" and "AS Pacific" (check Clandarkstar.com for more info on these people). Dish Network is taking ACTIVE legal action against these companies!

This number was left as a call back number from 562-289-8172. Automated message saying it is from Gary Miller with CF Solutions Group offering debt reduction program. Message never said who he was calling.
