This is the same company from California that was leaving the message with the name Gina Miller attached and using the phone number (800) 717-0189. That number is no longer in order but this one is their replacement. Same crappy ring (all crackly), Same crappy hold music, and same crappy foreign accents answering and asking the same crappy pitch.
Good luck on trying to get them to quit as Gina lasted a long time and I am sure Frank is just another fictitious name in this continuous scam.
I am just going to waste their time by repetitively calling them back.

I kept getting calls from Frank at my work number. I work for a city agency and do not hand out this number so I don't know how they got it. When I called and asked to be removed from the calling list 4 different representatives hung up on me. Finally I played the game a little and got that they are calling themselves a debt reduction center, a consumer credit repair service and they are based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Basically the same as above except I give each one that answers when I call back a good cussing. I know at least two dozen people who are doing the same so let them be hasseled also.

The same type of call, recorded message asks to call them back imperatively.
Different people, different numbers, but the message is the same.

Same scenario as described. Claims that it is imperative I call him about my rising credit card debt. I have received this same call from several different numbers under several different names. I am getting so tired of it. The call always comes in after business hours. I have decided not to call back--I can see doing so does not get any results.

Exactly what the others have described. Calls at my work number and messages from a Frank Thomas telling me to call because of rising minimum payments on your credit card or something. I called back and asked to be removed from the list and they hung up on me four times. Finally, I just played along until I got out of one of them that they are calling themselves a debt reduction center and a consumer credit repair service out of Jacksonville Florida. What a bunch of BS. They sounded ignorant and unprofessional. Finally, I got someone named Matthew who said he was a supervisor and that my number would be removed from the list in 36 hours. We will see but I told him I was reporting this offense to the BBB and he said do what you want.

I've been called multiple times and the person leaving the message is the same but uses different names. I've called back many times and asked to be removed from the call list and they hang up. That's illegal. If you're asking to be removed from their calling pool and they don't, they can be sued for every instance in which they continue to call you. I'm contacting our attorney general about them.

They are calling my number at work.  A few times I have called back and played along telling them I have 75,000 worth of debit and so on just for the hell of it. Today I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on.  I called back 8 times altogehter.  I did get one person to speak to me and she basically told me I was harassing her by calling so many time and that she never once hung up me.  She says she is a supervisor and that my number will taken out of the system but I have been told this since March.  They say the company name is Allied Services.  The number I was receiving from Frank Thomas in March has been disconnected now.  It was 800-717-8057.

The call comes in with no caller ID and the message says it's imperative to call Frank Thomas back at 800.717.7948.  I've gotten the same call for different numbers, but the general message is the same, about reducing credit card debt.

Since they won't stop calling our office (they hang up on you when you ask), I just spent my lunch break in between bites of food war dialing them. I'd try my hardest not to laugh until they hung up, then I'd call them right back. Kept getting the same handful of folks, even though the place sounds like it's got at least a few dozen minions working there. Their attempts at speaking english were hillarious. Here's a few:

Yes, hello. Are you interested to come to an agent about your debt?
Hello this is Nancy. Are you interested in arussing your debt?
Hello would you like to talk to an agen about aducing your debt?
Hi this is Sam, are you interested in rebusing your dead?
Yes, are you there? Would you like to talk to an agent about reducing your dead? (my personal favorite, reducing your dead, haha!)
