I didn't receive a phone call of any kind but I did make a valid purchase there. Just an FYI.

Same thing everyone had happen I did too.  There are several phone#'s on my credit statement: 866-967-4917, 206-219-5808, 877-234-8488, 877-233-4031.  Try tham all.  Some are busy, some you get an answering maching and some you may get someone to pick up.  We have been billed $342.66 and only received two bottles.  My wife received a call from someone after we received the first shipment to verify we received it and at that time she said yes, but please cancel.  This was never done so we keep getting billed. I was given two managers names; Alona and jason.  one was supposed to call me the next day and it's been a week later.  I called today and both are busy.  i spoke to Lisa, she asked if she could put me on hold, and 20 minutes later i hung up abd redialed because she never came back.  i was given an email address of billing@fwmlambs.com for Jason/Alona and it came back undeliverable.  I called back, was put on hold and told that Jason or Alona will call me back.  They wanted my name and zip code for the 20th times and i refused to give it to them.  We'll see what happens.

I thought I had ordered a free trial also, however, I thought I had also ordered a free trial of colon cleanse.  I have a charge for 86.42, 83.95, 83.95. 1.99, .99 and four "foreign transaction fees" for .03, 2.59, 2.59 and 2.52.  Has anybody that thought they were ordering a free trial of acai berry ordered the colon cleanse also?  I made the transaction on a debit card - I cannot evern cancel a credit card, I would have to cancel the checking account.  Does anyone think I should do this to be safe? I received two bottles of colon cleanse and one of the acai berry - but have three diferent names on my statement -CCC Enterprises, Body Flush 1000 and TwoStep 500 Weight.  HELP

just got a charge for 79.95 from this company.  called the number talked to an operator [Vincent operator number A-308] Told them that I was billed for some product. They checked their records say they don't know who I am they have not record of my order.  they say they represent as a billing company some place called Barry Folgers Inc.in Florida. When asked where, they told me that for security reasons they could not give me that information. they sell health products  they asked me to send them a copy of my billing statement. I told them I never received any product invoices, product and that I never ordered any product and wanted to cancel any future orders. they gave me a fax number to send my bank statement showing the charge,along with my name and email so they can investigate.  I have cancelled my card and told bank not to honor any charges from this CCC enterprises.

I contacted this company about the unauthorized charges.  It seems to be a foreign company and I had to call 3 different numbers to recieve any help.  This is a scam.  They seem to read from a script, but would not help with any refund.  Please do not order ACAI Berry.  Even if you do not recieve your so called "Free Trial", you will still have unauthorized charges to your account.  It is fraudulent and criminal!!! Tell everyone that you know that this new diet breakthrough is a SCAM!

Contact your credit card company; and deny the charges.  It is a process; but I too will be doing this.

My credit card company HIGHLY recommended closing the credit card account that they used to charge this to.  I also did not authorize these purchases.  However, if you have applied for a free trial, that company shares ALL your information with its associates and affiliates.  That's why closing the account is imperative.  My credit card company also told me to watch my bank account as these companies have also been able to access some bank accounts.

I just got charged by CCC Enterprises and have no idea why. I never signed up for anything at never received any products. The number on my credit card statement is the 800-720-0266 number that Chip from Hayes Handpiece says is his.

I have received 2 calls last 2 days from people like you all who have been charged by this company.  Apparently my legitimate phone number 800-720-0268 is being referenced on card statements as the contact number for this CCC Enterprises.  I just found your posts with Google, and thought I whould go on record that my company, Hayes Handpiece Michigan, did NOT charge any of your accounts incorrectly.  I feel really bad that this is going on, but please realize we had nothing to do with it, and I'm trying to reach CCC (unsuccessfully, as I see most of you know about)to get them to stop using my phone number.

I just called them after seeing a $87.13 charge on my account.  I got through and I recorded the call just to cover myself.  The lady stated that at first she could not refund this charge until I explained to her that the charge is illegal!  I canceled the account that I never knew I signed up for, even after someone contacted me to say that they would be sending me some other product that I didn't order, I explained to him that I didn't order or want anything else and that nothing should be taken from my account after the 1.00 for the free trial.  Nevertheless, the woman told me that I would be refunded the 87.13 and to just keep the trial bottle of the supplement.  I offered to send it back if that meant I would need to do so to revieve my refund, but she insisted that I keep it.  So if you just call the number from your bank statement and let them know who's boss, you should get your money back.  I'll keep you posted on whether or not I actually get my money.

Okay so I got some clarification, "Max Acai" " Acai Berry Detox" or "Oxi Berry" are the same as " CCC Enterprises" If you cancel through myordersupport.com or by calling 8669490138 you will not get charged from any of these places...according to customer service. I was charged $.99, $86.42 (for not sending the free trial back within 15 days) And CCC Enterprises charged me another $83.90 for a second shipment. HAve not received this but I am not surprised, anyways, hope this clarifies any of this mess for you. Tell all you know to not order these Acai products ever!!!

I am right there with ya...going on 20 minutes now. The gy "Martin" that answered the phone told me that it is for adult health products. Asked me what the charges were and then said he would transfer me...Any luck with you?

I didn't get a call from them but they did charge my account. I have never received the "free trial" supplies and they have charged my account twice now.i cannot get through either!!!

SO FAR I HAVE HAD $338.57 STOLEN FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM THIS COMPANY.  WHEN I CALL THIS # THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME, THEY TOLD ME TO EMAIL MY COMPLAINT, BUT IT CAME BACK UN-DELIVERABLE.  I WILL HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GET A NEW ONE TO STOP THIS!  I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL EVER GET MY $338.57 BACK.  DON'T FALL FOR THEIR "FREE 14 DAY TRIAL"!

If you thought you were ordering a free trial of the ACAI Berry stuff, this is what you are being charged for.  If that number is busy, call 866-949-0138.  THey will hassle you.  You have to cancel your account and send the product back to get credited the $86.  THere is no such thing as 'Free Trial'!

I got a charge on my crefit card from CCC enterprises. I have no idea who the f*** these people are but they charged me $80. I tried to cal them but it's just f****ng busy all day. Beware of this goddam #.

I received customer service to complain about a charge on my checking account...they could not/would not tell me what I Ordered for this charge and transferred me and put in Que ... still no answer
