I think it would be good to not only register a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry but also the state of Florida, and whoever gives travel agencies their licenses.

I keep copies of all faxes.  Last week, I got fed up with another company that sent similar scam vacation faxes and filed a formal complaint with the FCC.  It was really easy.  You can do it online and they give a reference number and you can send copies of the fax or faxes to them on their toll free number!  If they get enough complaints, maybe they'll do something...

same as everyone else, i just want to know when you call the reservation line is that out of the country?  Am I getting charged for that call?  I can't stand these guys....isn't there a harrasment law out there somewhere?

I too called 800-724-3139 and asked what company they were sending this too and they said, "We have 12 companies, so it could have been any one of them" and then when I said I was trying to find out if this was a Scam or not, they put me on hold and then came back and said "sorry, no more packages available" and then hung up on me.

These are dirtbags. I receive these faxes every day.
Someone please prosecutre these people.

Receive Memo about a special company vacation package, see previous comments about it, have called to be removed but still keep on getting them, what a waste of paper.

The best way to take care of these folks is to call their 800 number from a pay phone.  It will cost them 75 cents plus the cost per minute.

We should all get together and call the number and make bogus reservations.

We receive faxes from this company weekly! There is no company name on the fax, only the phone number.

I too have ask to be removed from their "service."  Since they won't comply, I consistently fax their 800 number.  This ties up their lines and causes them an equal amount of aggrivation for the wasted paper they use in fax's across the country.

When you ask for the company name, they hang up.

Be sure to report illegal junk faxes. The FCC is complant-driven. The more complaints they get about something the better the chances they will take action.

Got a fax from 1-888-514-2126 today as well as the other hundred of faxes a year for this same thing.  Called and actually got a rep.  He was very short with info claiming that fax was all sold out but can be put on a wait list. Told me to see a website www.lowestpricecancun.com. As far as I can tell there is no actual website.  I did get his name and extension if I cared to call back.  Sound way to good to be true to be real.  called 1-888-566-2399 to be taken off AGAIN.  Believe me it won't happen.  I tried with the other numbers.

received antoher fax call this am at 5:45 eastern.  I do not have a fax machine or a fax number.  I called the number for removal on several other occasions.  

I am angry and I am afraid I will cause physical harm to these people.

The phone number that shows up on your Caller ID is faked by the telemarketers (which is in violate of the US TCPA and Florida laws).

This long-running scam from Florida-based TravelComm is amazing in that they have been conducting business illegally (including the sending of unsolicited faxes to people on the DNC list) for several years unpunished.  Their info to use in filing complaints with the FCC and the Florida Agriculture and Consumer Services (who regulate telemarketers and business like these criminals) is;
