I never answered, and caller never hung up when my voicemail answered.  She then proceeded to have a conversation with a coworker about mullets and solitaire, and her sales.  She sold 6 books today so she she be able to go home early!  "How many rows are there in solitaire?"  she asks twice.  Sad.

Asked for Human Resources then said is that **** a gut that is no longer here and had nothing to do with Safety. Then asked for who is in charge of OSHA compliance.

They called AGAIN, after being told to put us on the do not call list.  I called back and the receptionist was very pleasant and said there was no record of our number being on the list.  I explained that I'm an EMT and HazMat certified so we don't need their safety info.  (I really am, but maybe that's a good excuse to get them off your back.)

Someone from this number calls every day and hangs up when I answer.  I want them to stop calling.

Calls everyday asking for the Safety Officer, sometimes there is no one on the line at first, they must be autodialing. I have given them the number of our Safety dept,, but they keep calling.

This number is calling me at work several times a day for weeks.  I just called them back and they said they outsource marketing for some products and that they may be calling me to see if I'm interested in a certain product.  I gave her my work number and she said she'd remove it from the system.  Don't know if it will work but it's worth a try....

I just started getting these calls and they are annoying. No one has ever been there when I answer the phone.

Please stop calling and put us on the no-call list.

This organization has been calling my office direct line for about three weeks now and never leaves a message.  I called them back and they answered and asked for some person that has not worked here for several months.  I discovered that they may be part of a scam orgainzation which calls companies trying to get financial information or company secrets divulged to them by pretending to be some "organization" dealing with safety or financial issues.  Do not talk to them or volunteer any information.

They call and there is just dead air. Then they call back a few minutes later asking for people in HR by name, but wouldn't leave a message.

The call was re-directed to me from our receptionist, so I never answer.  Now, I will tell the receptionist not to re-direct calls asking for a safety person.

I've been getting calls from this toll free 800-727-5257 just about every other day or so since Jan 4 2010 and its getting really annoying. They used to ask for an Ex-employee of our company but that person has not worked here for a couple of years now so I advised them of that in hopes they would stop calling.  Boy was I wrong. Now they call every other day asking for our "Environmental Safety Director" and I have not the slightest clue who that is. I finally asked them what number they are dialing and they have been dialing my direct line so now I've asked them to stop dialing my direct line and gave them our Customer Care department line in hopes this will help solve my problems.  I won't hold my breathe though ;)

I am receptionist for my employer and receive hang-up calls from this number. The caller is Business & Legal Reports.

They call and don't answer when I say hello, they just hang up.  I called it back and it was a safety company of some sort.

All toll-free calls are ignored. The caller from 800-727-5257 did not leave a message. Must have something to hide.

Asked for a specific employee manager stated that he cannot take personal phone calls and she would not get off the phone. Told her he does not need their services. And told her I have her on a list of bill collectors/telemarketers and got number from this site.

PITA, have called a lot lately. Keep mentioning OSHA and safety training like it'll get me to give them who they want. I told her I'm pretty sure someone else at her company left him a message and we'd contact them if we need and hung up.

The # in question calls several times a day and leave no message.  I will not pick up when I see the #
on my work phone, because if they really wanted to speak to me they would leave a message.
They have my name because I voice it on a message.

These ppl call about 5 times a day! Never say anything, the line is just muted! Super annoying! Finally called the number back, pressed 2 for customer service and had our # removed. Hopefully it works!

This company is persistant - will give them that.   its BLR  (Business and Legal Reports).  Thank goodness for caller ID - whenever I see the number I just hit divert and send them to voicemail (they never leave a message). Just from because of the high pressure and inconsiderate methods - I will not from them even if I needed what they are peddling.

Keep getting calls from 1-800-727-5257. Sometimes they leave no message, sometimes the calls ask for our safety team. Safety team? My number is a private and unlisted home number that I give out to no companies! I only give out my cell number! When I call back to the number calling me I get no answer.

I AM RECEIVING SEVERAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ON MY WORK PHONE AND I NEVER ANSWER IT. DONT KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY WORK NUMBER WITH IT BEING GOVERNMENT. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? I WILL NOT ANSWER THE CALL DUE TO IT BEING TOLL FREE. HOW CAN YOU GET THEM TO STOP CALLING?

Received a call today.  Was dead air at first but after 10 seconds a lady came on saying "Hello? Hello?" She was trying to send 'free' information for safety training. (That costs $294 after the 'free trial') I said no 3 different times and she just kept pushing so I just hung up on her.  I know they will call back and will receive the same "No" response.

I did the live chat to ask to be removed.  One of their operators called our business this morning and was talking about slapping someone if the answered her in a certain way.  This finally was enough for me to resort to their chat system to be removed from their mechanical calling system.  Only time will tell I'm guessing.  Before this they had called and asked for me by my full name and when I played dumb asking if I could take a message they asked for my warehouse manager by his full name.  NOt sure if as a business we can fully utilize the Do Not Call Registry.
