they keep calling my cell phone.  very irritaqting because i become one of those cell phone people that get calls at bad times :P.

This number appears many times on my caller ID, Unknown Name.  I never answer the phone and they never leave a message.

make it stop.  this is BS.  we should get there home or cell phone number and keep calling them at all hours of the night.

Got a call from this number today and they did not want to leave a message on my answering machine. So I hit the redial and tried to call them back but it was busy. These guys are probably the minions of satan.

Calles my phone at the same time every day.  I never answer.  I did call only to get a recording that the number is disconnected.

I never answer 800#s and don't pay attention to the whole number.Finally today I realized this is the same stupid number that has been calling for over a week! I looked and saw that they call almost the same time everyday. And YEP it's been busy ever since I tried calling it back. Now that know this site is there it helps. If it IS cigarette coupons fine, I love my Camels!

These people call me almost every day 4 or 5 times and never say anything when I pick up the phone.  I am an Rn that works the night shift.  C'mon guys give a girl a break and let her get some sleep, or else you just might be the one in my ER or Surgical Ward needing a shot and I'm toooo sleepy to read the right meds since I was kept awake all day by ringing telephones.  Probably won't happen but think about it....who knows!! LOL!!

This number has been calling my 12 year old daughter's cellphone.  She certainly did not sign up for cigarettes or coupons.  This number calls her several times day and night.  If I could find out who is behind this calling I would like to "ring" their neck.

This # is a Phillip Morris #, TWC did not release your #, you freely gave it to Phillip Morris to receive free coups and sweepstakes entries, next time you sign up for something, don't use your "unlisted phone #" and don't think for a minute you can sue any company for your stupid mistake

It's Phillip Morris, and they want to send you coupons!  I have been on their mailing list for years after signing up at a bar once.  They send me Marlboro coupons.   I took a 3-4 minute survey about cigarette purchasing habits, and they are going to continue to mail me coupons.

Thanks to all who contribute here, knowing that it is Phillip Morris helps, I can tell them when they call the person they are looking for passed from lung cancer!

I have received numerous calls from this phone number (800-728-4662) over the past week and a half. It is irritating! Every single time this number shows up, if answered there is just a click, if unanswered there is no message left. I tried to call back twice and it rang busy both times, this is very suspicious and annoying.

This number calls me 5+ times a day....private number and when you call back , busy signal.

iam getting tired of all 800 numbers and its time for who ever to put a stop to all of these number i joined up to stop these calls and it not working its time for the law and the phone companys to put a stop to this or we need to get together and start sueing everyone involve starting with the phone company sprint at&f and all cell phone companys and any companys that sells our phone numbers which they say they dont but they do

Calls almost every day and no one responds on the other end.

I have gotten hundreds of calls from this no.  they are relentless!  I don't answer 800 no. and they try different hours of the day until you pick up.

got another call and they said it's a survey from phillip morris. using cigarette coupons, they have my # ....so there you go.

they called again 800-728-4662 and it is philip morris for a survey to take. they have my # from coupons for cigarettes.

How much effort do you think it takes a computer to start at 000-000-0000, 000-000-0001, 000-000-0002 and on before they came to the configuration that is yours?

It's Phillip Morris. I just did a brief survey with them as they have my name as a cigarette smoker. If you want coupons for smokes, do the survey, if not, tell them you're not interested.

Got a call from this same number 2/20/09 on my verizon cell.   I don't answer 800 numbers and this is the 2nd time this number has called.  I've tried to call back but it's always busy. I wonder if this is a way for Verizon to make more money by using my minutes... who knows.

I'm not sure what you're saying. You think Time Warner is responsible for this?  I'm not on any subscription lists with them but 16 mos ago I went to a travel presentation in Oak Brook, IL -- where I turned down all  their come-ons.  In Dec 08 I started getting calls after 6pm from their number -- and think they're behind it.

Got a call from this number tonight, when I said hello 4 times, the line finally went dead.  Got my whistle to blow in the phone next time they call.  Came up "Toll Free" with the 800#, nothing else.  Did not try & will not call back.

Also got a call from this number on my cell phone. Same thing as the other threads, just busy

i got the same call from the same number.  today, 2/15/09, twice.  no one there and no answer when i call back! WTF

Got a call Sunday 2/15/09 at 12:16pm.  The display of the # came up on my Time Warner caller i.d. feature.  When I answered the phone, since I was unaware of who this may be, I simply read the # back into the phone, and the line went dead.  

I tried several times to recall the number, but it was always busy, busy, busy.  I am unsure who is running this #, or it's function, but it HAS to be something that makes me very suspicious, and angry that Time Warner published MY unpublished phone number, allowing this caller to get my private number; a number I have HAD to use for protection, for the past 25 years.  Thanks T.W.  I even paid your idiotic $5.00 per month to keep the number out of the phone book, but when the phone books came out, there was my name, my number, and MY ADDRESS.  If I decide to sue, and/or if my family is injured or harrassed due to my profession, there will be issues with many zero's following my demands for recourse and retribution concerning any...issues that may result from their error.  R3
