This call is offering a free trip to bahamas all expenses paid except port charges for cruise, to the first
500 callers.  yeah right!!!!!.  I heard it on the radio.

No telemarketer can call your cell unless you have a prior established business realtionship with them. That includes collectors unless you provided that specific number to the original creditor. The TCPA, 47 USC 227, bars all these calls and provides for damages of $500 PER call and up to $1500 PER call if they keep calling after being told to stop. Complain to FCC and FTC and you can also sue on your own. The laws are there to protect you, you just need to assert your rights by suing on your own. The FCC and FTC can help but they are really slow.
