Called repeatedly. Several recorded messages saying I had won a cruise based a phone survey, which I never took, and asking me to call back. One call was from a person and I told them to stop calling. They have not stopped calling. I get about two phone calls a day.

We've been receiving these calls for some time now. I have my phone on a do not call list. I never participated in any phone survey. I really wish they'd stop calling and leaving messages on my voice mail. I may file a complaint if they continue to call after I call them directly and aske to be removed from their list.

the same number called me als. Everytime they call, I never answer and they always leave a message. I think it is a scam and something needs to be done abou this type of behavior.

I too have been receiving calls from 800-730-0269 to my cell phone. It is an autodialer which leaves a pre-recorded message stating that I won a free cruise for two to the Bahamas, from Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines for taking part in a phone survey and to call 800-730-0269 between the hours of 9-5 M-F & 10-4 Saturday. I too, never took any phone survey.
I called them and spoke with Melvin jones and politely asked him to remove my number cell number. Melvin started with the "soft sell" telling me how I took the phone survey, asking for my name and such, confirming the phone number. Then Melvin moved on to the "hard sell" asking more pointed questions, at which point I more firmly informed him that I was not interested and to please remove my number from the list and to have a nice day.
That was three days ago and I have not received any more calls since.

Called the number back for my free tickets on a cruise to the Bahamas. Two weeks earlier, I completed a survey for them, so I knew they would call. They had also sent me an e-mail with a link to there site the week before. The web site was small with only a few pictures and no other links. During the phone conversation I was asked to give my credit card for $59 boarding passes, everything else is covered. I told the girl just send it to me in the mail and I'll pay by check. She said they don't practice that and was a little rude. I told her I would call back it I felt like it. She told me I might loose my chance at this offer, and I said that "it won't hurt my feelings." Is it bogus? I'm not sure but not taking any chances.

I have been receiving up to 4 calls a day from 800-730-0269 to my cell phone. It seems to be an autodialer which is not allowed to cell phones. It is a pre-recorded message stating that I won a free cruise from Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines for taking part in a phone survey. I never took any phone survey. When I see their # come up I decline & hang up the call but they do not disconnect within the 5 second time frame. They stay on & leave messages on my voice mail. When I call back & tell them to stop calling they get very rude & start yelling at me. What they are doing is harassment. Why would anyone want to use a cruise line that stooped to low down methods. I have filed complaints against them with the FCC & encourage others who are being harassed by them to do the same.
