This guy Kerry Lauricella is some big muck-a-muck with an outfit called 800-Repairs. He has called our business many times over the years. I've talked to him many times and he doesn't even seem to realize he spoke to me another time. I just let him go on now. He says the same stuff and it's all lies. I've followed him thru it several times over the years. He says "we have calls for work for you on our 800-repairs number....", and it turns out he is trying to get me to pay several hundred dollars for the privledge. Sometimes he even sends me faxes with the info on it. I've caught him in lies several times on the same call. He just goes on and on. It's kind of funny to let him run on.

This business called our emergency call number and said they had work to be done and to please call them back at 800-737-2477.  When I returned the call a few moments later a Mr. Keri said he had some work for our company to do, but to call him tomarrow for the work order #.  He was so unprofessional I cross-ref. the number via google...a BBB report popped-up stating this company is not even in business! and is listed as an answering service.  Thanks to all of the previous comments by the people who took the time out to comment, we are staying clear of this scam!  Thanks!

This is the biggest scam on the internet directed at repair businesses - plumbers, electricians, a/c guys, etc. This Kerry guy couldn't tell the truth to save his soul. Don't give them the time of day, let alone any money.

keep receiving unsolicite faxes from repairs.com. Have called the remove my number if received in error. each time they hang up as soon as you speak. i have fxed a copy back kindly requesting they remove our number. No luck.
