I have this law office (whoever they are, calling my ex husbands new wife.   She and I have NOTHING to do with each other.  This office is calling anyone and everyone with my last name.    I don't know who they are ,or what they want, but I want the calls to immediately cease and desist.  And I have told them this!      Their contact # is 877-299-1175 ext105.  Case # 201824.  They're SCAMMERS!   Please help me to get them to stop calling EX FAMILY MEMBERS

These same people are now using the name David Rogers & Associates. 877-299-1175 a Mr Mark Perelli at ext 102.  They are still using the same tactics on innocent people. I to want to know how they are getting people's personal information. We need to put a stop to this.

My friend who I used to live with received a phone call from this # asking for me stating that they couldn't say why they were calling, they just eneded to get a hold of me. I called and since it said it was an invalid ext. I just hung up then he called and said he was returning a call and wasn't sure what the call was regarding, so once again I called and finally spoke with Daniel at ext 123, which I told him I was returning his call and he asked if I had a file@ about what the call was about? I'm like well you tell me you're calling me? He then asks for my last name, hello you should know ifyou're calling me? Says he won't do anything with it, but it's just so he can pull a file, I told him to figure it out and call back when he did, which he did,and then he asked me to verify my ss#, last four, which he had correct? which really threw me for a loop, how do these ppl get this information? Someone please tell me if you know? I confirmed, stupid me, and he  proceeded to tell me that I had an oustanding loan wtih a bank from a few years back...For one, I've never take a loan out in my life, not even when I was going to college, I've never banked at the bank he mentioned, and three, I haven't lived in the city where he said I took the loan out from in years?! Go gfigure that one out, I'm upset because either 1 these ppl are just trying to get money out of you for debt that you never had, or two I am not a victim of identity theft? I'm running credit reports as we speak and from the first that I've gotten I see nothing aboutt his bank or any debt in this regard. Also, I was explaining to the guy about not ever getting a loan out in my name he proceeds to put his so-called mgr on the phone, who begins to tell me that it doesn't matter where I lived in that year that my name is on the outstanding account and that I am responsible for it. For one, how could I have opened an account with an account with a bank that is nowhere near me, and for another I don't have credit to begin with so it's had for me to even get a bank account to begin with. He told me that if I didn't pay it then they would begin to take legal action, I said and do what?? I don't own anything and I don't have any money so what are you going to do levy my underwear? All I want to know is how do they have any of my information to begin with? If anyone knows plese let me know. I am filing a complaint with the BBB although I kinow it won't do much good, but I dont' know what else to do? I am going to start the process of identity theft and fraud alert, but I don't even know where to start so if anyone has any ideas please let me know, please!!

I did have debt that these people collected on monthly payments that ended in March of this year.   Now just today I seen that I have a "payment" taken out of my account once again that was not authorized.  I now have to file a dispute and close down my account!!!!!!  Be VERY careful, I don't want anyone to go through what I am now going through!!!!

I am adding another name to the list . Mr. Paris  was looking for my sister for some legal matter . Totally a scam. Because I paid off all her debt!

I received a phone call from Mr. Ward at Peachtree Law Center.  He said he was trying to get in touch with one of my employees (he knew I was her manager).  He left his extension as 110.  I asked him why he didn't call her direct and he told me that he got her voice mail.  Not sure how he got my name.

This is Peach Tree Law firm that called several of my neighbors and then my home>  It's for a debt that was settled several years ago.  They said they wouldn't contact me any more.  It appears that they buy or are assigned old debt.  So before you send them money, make sure your debt is legitimate.  Some debts may be outside the SOL. Ask for something in writing.  They are required to do so.  They will try to intimidate you.

this number has called me at least 25 times and always with threats. I ask them to send me certified copies of the complaint (which by the way is bogus) of coarse they ask for my address. I replied that if this was not some sort of scam they would have that information already. They must think I am stupid. I finally just blocked thier calls. Very irritating. and dangerous to the unsuspecting.

A person name 'Mr. Long' of Peachtree Loan Center called my brother stating that he was looking for me.  He has the audacity to tell my brother that I would be very appreciative if he'd pass on the message that I needed to call him (Mr. Long)  ASAP.  My brother grilled 'Mr. Long' as to why he was calling him (and not me) and how he got his phone number since we live 250 miles apart.  'Mr. Long' stated that he accessed a database cross-reference system.  I am glad that I googled the number number .  I do not have any outstanding debt.  People like 'Mr. Long' need to be hung from the closest tree!!

but i did owe a bill from where they said i did and i did give bank info for debit card but later had it cut up. i then called back to see if i could send a money order but they said no and i bought a pre-paid card so they could get their money i think their legit i will let you know

Just got my call.  I let every number I don't recognize go to voicemail.  The message was from a Miss Campbell at extension 103.  She simply stated that it was a legal matter.  I ran a Google search for the number she left to find out where they were located, and I found this website.  I am glad I did.  I work for a law firm here in Southwest Missouri, and I plan to do a little research to see if I can find out any information about them.

When first listening to the message, I thought it was a telemarketer due to all of the background noise.  It sounded more like a call center than it did a law center.

I received a call from that number stating that his name was officer Wooden from Peachtree Law Center and that it was in my best interest to contact their office

to clear up above message, I am not giving Peach Tree any info about my self. I have called each C.C. company and set up a pay off. I am not paying Peach Tree. Just to clarify.

Got my call from peachtree on July 13,2011.  A Mr. Ross at Ext 122 gave me a file # to reference as well. I owe credit card debt. but I have not recieved any mail saying they were going after me. I pay each month. Called them and am doing  pay off. kills my credit but debt gone is good. I am doing it one bill at a time. I am reading all these comments feeling things with this company may be a scam.

This place is a real law office. I would not give them any money. The lawyer is Russ RIchardson bar # 6232 address 2620 south parker rd ste 185 Aurora co 80014. According to the attorney general of CO they are licensed with the office of attorney regulation counsel- where you can verify his bar#. Contact them @877-888-1370 to file a formal complaint. He lost his license for 6 months on 4/1/0 for felony possession, 4th degree he was also given 2 years of probation. He lost his license for 30 days 6/11/02 for not abiding by bankruptcy laws and received 1 year of probation. All of this information can be located using the bar number located above at the CO supreme court website. We need to get him disbarred, Please call and get this a***ole taken care of.

Called my home for someone that doesn't even live here.  Not returning the call.  How they got my number, I don't know

Received a phone call from a "M. Smith" (how original) from Peachtree Law Center and he gave a file number as a reference.  The originating phone number was 1-720-763-9018 out of Denver, CO.  The number left to call was 1-800-741-7582 at extension 114.  If this is about collections, they are barking up the wrong tree.  We have very little debt, excellent credit ratings, and owe nothing on our credit cards.  All of our bills are paid on time, and we have never received a collection letter.  Ever.  These people, if they are from a real collection agency, have absolutely no reason to call us.  At all.  Based upon the above they are a bogus collection center, but "Mr. Smith" did not identify the type of business he was working for.  Funny how neither the 800 or the 720 number came up in a search as a legitimate telephone number.

Peachtree Law are a group of scammers!!  They called myself and my boyfriend several times regarding my sister.  They claimed she has 2 hours to call them back before further action would take place.  The number they called from is 720-763-9018 but ask you to call back 800-741-7582.  They gave us a case number but nothing else.  When my boyfriend asked how they got his number they told him that they have access to police and personal files to find out who the 'wanted' person's associates are.  When I told my sister she knew nothing about this!!  She has not been contacted from anyone.  She went bankrupt about 2 years ago and her lawyer warned her that scammers like these are out there and to be careful.  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ETC...   SCAMMERS!!

I have received several calls to my cell phone from this number and leaving a message for my estranged husband. They have also called my mother's house (which is interesting because he's never lived there). My mother spoke with "roger" and told him if he could find my husband to let us know. I've been looking for him myself.
"Roger" told my mother they were going to sue my ex and gave her a lot of information that I assume would normally be against regular collection laws.
Sounds to be like another deadbeat firm trying to scam on those unwilling to do their research before turning over personal information.

I received a call from Jessica Smith at extension 126.  Just wanted to add her name to the list of people calling from this scam.  How did they get my number?

These people are calling everyone that I know trying to get a hold of me. My family is mad at me thinking I am behind on bills. I just want this to stop.

These people called my brothers ex-wife from 15 years ago asking for me. Wierdly even living in Missouri.  A Brian Smith at ext 114 said it "was a last chance" for me to respond to the debt before they "are forced to take action" They called on Monday morning and stating a call needs to be sent prior to Tuesday 11am.
I find it very disturbing that somehow they were able to get a phone number for a woman that my brother and family doesn't talk to or have contact with for the past 15 years. Yet they were unable to get my phone number that is listed. My family and I have been in the same address all 3 generations of us for the past 48 years. No mail contact has ever been sent from this company.
I am wondering if I can have recoarse against this company due to the fact that all debt and collections I owed was successfully discharged in a Bankruptcy back in 2005. I am only 32 years old and the debts I discharged was all know debt from a divorce, marriage and all bills from the time I turned 18 til I turned 27 years old.
I will call these people to find out what they want and what debt they are wanting to collect. I have my list of over 50 discharged bills and if they are collecting one of them they will be getting a ear full.

i recieved a phone call from this peach tree law firm another scammer trying to pull a fat one i recieved the call while at work do these jerks ever stop every soultion i put out they did not wanna do it why because they dont want any proof on them for the record

My sister has received over 7 calls from a Tom from peachtree regarding me.  last Friday they called her Cell 4 times leaving a recording.  A week ago Friday, she called the number back, they said they were looking for me.  They told my sister they were going to arrest me.  they are suing me for something, they wouldn't tell her for what... my sister asked if they had her address, they couldn't give that information to verify... i have no idea what they are talking about, my credit is spotless, i only owe on my car.. they also commented that they have run my credit report.... without my permission and that my credit was very poor.... funny i am buy a house on very poor credit... how can that be???
I work for the justice and i DO know the laws.... they better get their stuff straight cuz i am sure my buddy at the A.G's office will surely like to speak with these idiots....

Man, I came home for work tonight and my husband told me he recieved a call from one of these "collectors". This man proceeded to give my husband a full run down of the "debt" and when it originated, as well as the fact that they want to give ME a chance to resolve this debt before they take "action". OK, can you say third party disclosure? My husband was really concerned. Me, I work in collections and have a great knowledge for the FDCPA. These collectors are getting really creative lately with the "I am a process server" gag and sending fake legal filing formsto file for a civil lawsuit. I know the economy is troubled however, collect money owed with integrity, not lies and alibies.

I also got a call from this number stating they were from Peachtree law center.  Im glad I looked up their number online.  I have called them, got a voice mail, telling them I do not want any further contact via telephone and if they neeed to contact me they must do so by email ( which I gave them my email address ).   Also, told them if I owe a debt to someone I want them to send me the paper work from that company stating that I owe them money.  Havent heard back from them as of yet...
