I filed for bankruptcy a month ago and they still call 5-10 times a day. They're horrible- avoid.

I received a call from this number. The man ssid he was calling from Neiman Marcus online department and wanted to confirm a order that was placed using my debit card.  He had the last 4 digits of my debit card number.  I called the number back and it has a recording "Thank you for calling the online order inquiry department.  All of our agents are currently assisting other customers...".  I didn't hold, just hung up.

Neiman Marcus phoned using my name to inquire about an order number.  Phoned them back, they said a $1204 dollar charge was made on my MC.  I told them "no" I don't even know who you are. The scary thing is that they also had the last 4 numbers of my MC.  They didn't ask for any more information but suggested I cancel my MC.  I phoned MC and no charge for $1204 has been made. I don't know who is the scammer!

I owe them $35 and they call incessantly both home and cell starting at 8:01 EVERY SINGLE MORNING.  I would never, ever, ever recommend having a credit card of theirs.  They are horrible.  They call if you aren't even late on a payment.  ABUSE.

Two days after I placed an order through NM's website, I got 2 phone calls from a woman calling on NM's behalf, asking me to confirm the order.  They mentioned an order number that didn't match the order NM gave me.  I called the NM's customer support, who said the deliver was on its way and didn't need any confirmation.  Looks like a scam from here.

Got a call from this number today asking me to call back to confirm an order; he included the order number. The company was Bergdorf Goodman. Interestingly two days ago I got an alert on my credit card that a charge had been made with this same company that was large enough to trigger the alert. I did not make this purchase and I immediately cancelled my credit card. Now I'm getting a phone call allegedly from the same company asking me to confirm an order.

My guess is this is completely bogus and I'm wondering if I should file a police report too.

Doubt the call was related to your account at Nieman Marcus. This is a notorious scam number. They may call only hoping that they reach someone with an account. Tou should call Nieman Marcus and ask if they made the call. I doubt that they did

I've been getting calls from this number for the past few days. I don't pick upon 800 numbers and let my answering system pick it up. They never leave a message. I don't have an account with Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman, nor with HSBC.  I'm curious to know who it is but don't really want to answer the phone when they call, especially after reading the comments here.

This number calls our office every single day asking for my boss! She doesn't take cold calls and these people won't even tell me what company they're with. I have told them over and over again my boss will NEVER accept your call or return it if she doesn't know who you are! Then they just hang up...It is so annoying. Last one said "Well I suggest you take down my number and have her decide whether or not she wants to call, this is urgent and she will know" Really???

I don't even have a Neiman Marcus/ Bergdorf Goodman account...I've never ever shopped there.. they sent me a text/page on my cell phone.. weird...

Interesting to read Neiman Marcus was mentioned to be a caller -- has anyone called them inquiring about this #?  What time of day do they contact YOU?

I made a payment, on time this month.  I couldn't make the minimum payment so I made what I could.
All the banks, corporations get the bail out and we, the people, get nothing.

I am doing the best I  can.  They will get what I give them and that is that.

But I will put them on the Don't Call List because the 20 calls a day is getting crazy.  If it was an individual person, it would be considered stalking.

I too received a call from this number , but fortunately i was with some other work and did not pick the call. Got a voice mail, with a number and extension to call back again. Very weird. Who is this lady?

If this is a call from Neiman Marcus it makes me think why do they want to hide it the number says call unknown...
Here is an idea why doesn't everyone use this number when you fill out the online surveys (800) 753-0407 that will put neiman marcus on lists of the annoying calls... maybe they will get a few hundred calls a day that are annoying

I've received this call for the first time twice today, only because I just happened to be off work on a weekday.  First call was at 8:28am (rather early and rude timing!) and second was around noon.  I'm guessing they were trying to catch me before work and/or during lunch??  I'm flabbergasted that they managed to call my cell phone number and when I didn't pick up, immediately they called my land line.  As the machine picked up, there was message to hold and then this woman said "hello?  hello?" then hung up.  This happened twice so far...I'm afraid they're going to keep calling but oh well, I'm just going to ignore it I guess.

I get this call at least once a day, sometimes 2.  I've never listened except the first time when she said she had an important call for me.  I think I was actually supposed to wait!  Not likely.

Getting calls from this number almost daily eventhough I told them do not call ever again, today this woman calls, she had an Indian accent (I can tell she was from India)wanted to speak only to my wife, she would not disclose anything to me. It's a scum be careful. Do not give them any info.

Very odd, indeed. They are calling about once every hour and never leave a message. My payment isn't even due until the 25th!

Some lady left message from # 800-753-0407 saying she was from Neiman Marcus and her name was Naomi Ortiz.
The next day, some lady (no name) askingto return her call.
This is getting OLD!!!!
