called but didn't answer. left message on my machine which was a tape recording of my own voice answering the phone previously, FREAKY!!!

I get at least 2 calls per day  for the last month from this mysterious number.  Reported to police and they says it goes back to a computer somewhere outthere but no known address it shows up as 1-123-456-7891 on my caller ID. (Cell Phone) I have kept track of the calls each time they have called.  They never leave a message and hang up when I answer.

Just got a call from 11234567891..

they said theyre going to eliminate all my credit card debts...
and said that they need to confirm my identity.. then told them that i am not interested.. GRR.. i hate these FREAKS!!

i didn't answer and they left no message. i'm not answering that number, that's why i have display.

My internet call display caught this unusual number, though I did not forward it to my phone.Details from the phone log:

They called me yesterday and i picked up the phone and they asked me " I need couples over the age of 20 to have sex with" . I guess the number changes every time.

Called saying "I just came back from a vacation at a beautiful Collingwood resort and thought you would be interested!"

Said I wasn't and hung up. They called back a couple of days later because of my "interest" in the resort.

They just called now.

20 seconds of silence. Man with heavy Indian accent.

-Uhh, my parents aren't home at the moment.
-Sorry to bother you.

I hung up.

got a call tonight... answered and they asked for the name this number is listed as... said that person was not home, they asked if I was a family member, and when I said no they hung up...

just got off the phone with a Bell operator who confirmed that unfortunately, Bell does not have the power to trace these people either, as the government shields themby law so that they can't be traced

FYI: This number operates as "Collingwood, Ont. Vacations". I got a call, they hung up and were rude at that!!! Hopefully, "Collingwood Vacations" reads this page and notices they're doing a whole lot of damage. Are small business owners, restaurants and others who rely on tourism aware of this harassement?! They may have wanted to see my family and I this summer!!!!! Annoying, annoying, annoying!

Just received a call from this twit. (on a holiday, no less!)

Claimed he was doing a 2 minute survey on how much I pay for my mortgate.  

Told him I charge $120/hour (or part thereof) to participate in "surveys".
(Yes, I do enjoy having some fun with these people.  Besides, I do actually get paid to participate in focus groups and surveys -- nobody gets anything for free from me.)

He told me he'd pay me once he got the information.

After telling him things don't work that way, I asked him where I can send the bill.  

He told me he needs the information first.  I said I need a name and a billing address where I can either send a bill, or a collection agency.

He hung up.

And yes, the number used in the called display (800-763-6202)comes back with a recording of "This account number is not valid."

I received a call from this number, they didn't leave any message on the answering machine. The caller displey showed the name as 11234567891.

No one answers the phone, the caller display showed the name as 11234567891.

Shows un Call Display as Name - 11234567891 Number 1-800-763-6202
I answered and no one there, you call the number back and says line is not in use or something like that.
