Got a threatening call from David at RPS collections. He said if I didn't pay my bills they were coming after me

call 3-4 times a day never leave a message.

try to cal back but always a busy signal.

Keep getting these calls but I have no idea who they are or what they want.

I can tell all of you that this is a crooked collection agency for sure.  I've worked for collection agencies for the past 9 years and this is all they do now adays.  I'm not a crooked collector, I follow the FDCPA but it seems that no one even knows what that is anymore.

Get the physical address of the agency.  Send a cease and desist letter by certified mail where they have to sign for it.
Keep the records of sending it as well as a copy of the letter.
If they contact you again, keep the voicemail, email, letter or whatever they send you.
You can sue them and settle for at least $1,000.00
My old company had some crooked people and we got sued all the time.

And for all of you that work for this company that are googeling your phone numbers to see how much bad press is out there on you... scare tactics don't win you collector courtesy.  Get a real job.

I got a voice mail message from Lisa Gibbons. She asked for me or my husband by our last name. She said for us to call her back concerning a Craig Henry Wood. She told us not to ignore this message because we should know what is going on. She also gave us her personal extension of 8974.

What was that all about?

My husband tried to call back out of curiosity but the line is continually busy.

I received an official sounding voice mail from Lisa Gibbons. She asked if I knew what my son was into and said she could help. (My son is a 28 year old family man)

It seemed fishy so I starting looking on the web to find out who she is. Whatever her scam is it has been running for years.
