I am tired of them calling my house all hours of the day and night and not leaving a message. Is there a way to sue them for harrassment based off of the number of times they appear on my caller id daily since the first of september?

these morons call me at least 10 times a day. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks now. Can someone help and advise who the F&^) they are. Thanks!!!!!!

I have been receiving calls from this number for two weeks now. I never answer since I don't know the number. They NEVER leave a message either. I tried an 800 directory search with no success. Finally I called it to see who the heck it was. I got a message saying something about "If you want to talk to pretty ladies, call......" and it proceeded with another number to call????!!!! It is beyond me how the hell they got my cell number! And certainly NOT someone I want calling me!! I am soo tired of my phone ringing off the hook. I'd like to know how I can get them to stop calling me though!
