called, I didn't answer. It was Allstate in reference to an accident in which one of their insured hit me. I have waited 1 1/2 months for them to settle. They delayed waiting for their dead beat insured to contact them.
I gave them all the info. about the accident including the accident report. We spent 1 1/2 days total, over 45 days (12 hours), on their case about this. I missed lunch at work and other time at work to settle this. It was just an $1,100 fender bender. I didn't go through my insurance because I would have had out of pocket expenses if I did. The msg. was that they issued a check to us for the repair. Now what about the rental car exp.? Even after a certified letter they still have not heard from their insured. How long would they have waited to hear from her??
