We are moving from FL to CT and ordered two containers that where delivered on time. Five days later on the pick up date only one container was picked up in the morning around 10:45 , at 5pm I called them to find out when they are coming for the second one and found out that the driver was not experienced enough and that I have to schedule a new date with them. The first unit is sitting somewhere in FL storage ready to go, the other one in my drive way (3 car driveway). Now they have to come in the morning and then find a new truck to deliver them on another date. We where ready to leave town, had hotel reservations that now we have to cancel and book a room in town for tonight and resechudle our flights, rental car and hotel. Not happy, avoid them if you can

I have a POD scheduled for tomorrow and received a phone call with no reply on the other end at the exact time I received an email confirmation from them. It must be some kind of glitch. You would think they would have figured it out by now.

I made the mistake to request a quote from PODS 3 months ago. I got 4 calls from this number at 6:50 AM... they went to voicemail and it was a recorder telling me that due bad weather delivery to my area was suspended... I don't have any contracts of any kind with them, why or for what purpose are those calls for? telemarking or random cold calling maybe? well, it sucks to be disturbed by A SOLICITOR at that time of the day.

I used PODS and my possessions to get wet during transport. When I complained that my 37" TV, mattress and box springs were ruined by water getting into the POD they said it was not possible. Um ok, but your driver saw the water in the POD and even mapped the water marks and signed his name to it, and my things were in PODS possession when they got wet. They did not care, and said it was not possible. I refuse to pay for their ridiculously expensive storage and delivery.

PODS automated reminder.  It did leave a voicemail on my cell phone and worked fine.

Ive gotten 5 calls from this number in one hour while I was at work.

We figured it out - whenever the company sends an email it's followed up by a barrage of phone calls - with no one on the other end!!! Must be a system error of some kind.

They called me last night but didn't say anything... I'm sure it is PODS since we have a delivery scheduled for today but they didn't give me the information on delivery time so that wasn't very helpful!

Received a call from the same number.  It was from PODS and was a follow up to a rate quote I received.

EZE is correct.  I called PODS this morning, and this was their return call.

I suggest that "Call Type" list for 800Notes be expanded to include something like "legitimate business call".
I didn't recognize the number, but once I checked it here (after not answering), I realized it was not a 'spam' call.

You must have called to inquire how much a POD cost. This the number for PODS.
