I Have a listing on my checking account for a bill from this phone number and funny I couldn't have ordered anything when they claim I did as my phone was deactivated several days ago!!!

I got charged twice even after my card was canceled....Nov 19 &25 2012

When I called this number back, there was a recording that said "go to 'getorderstatus.com' to get your order status. When I went to that website, I got a page asking for my phone number. I don't want to put my number IN there, the calls/bills might get worse. what do I do?

My PayPal acct gets a charge from them every month for $17.99. When I call the number, I get a recording that says "you have reached William L. Contractors, we are currently not in. Leave your number and we will call you back." am going to leave my number and see what happens. will get back to you.

Never heard of these people, and never ordered anything for $17.99. Am having PayPal remove the charges.

Watch out for this company!! Telebrands.com.  It's an internet and phone ordering clearing house for many TV advertised products.  I cancelled my order in early March and they still charged me almost a month later, actually overcharged me and when I called and said I would report them for fraud, they offered me $10 off the amount charged to accept the order which was already shipped.  I said no and have reported them to my bank and will also report them to the Better Business Bureau. If you are having similar problems, report them.  It's the only way to get them shut down.  When you refuse a shipment do not take it to the post office as they tell you to, you will have to pay return shipping.  Take the UNOPENED parcel to Fed Ex or whoever delivered it, get the tracking numbers from them, send it back marked "refused", track it to prove that they received it back, and hopefully get a refund.  My credit union is covering the amount of the purchase for me and hopefully they will receive the refund from this company, if it ever pays.  You might check with your credit union or bank to see if your purchase is covered by their fraud protection.

I saw a product on TV. Supposed to be no shipping and handling charges so they charged me $6.99 shipping and another $6.99 handling.  When you call to order, they never close the converstation, you listen forever to more offers none of which you want. No total prive is ever given to you.This is a scam !!!!

It's a total rip-off!!

I was charged 31.00 from my checking account that I did not authorize. I never even heard of them,

I was just charged on my chase account for $63.95 from TEL*TELEBRANDS INTERNE 800-777-4034 NJ as well. I called them and they could not locate my order information using my phone number, full name, or home address. I thought that I had ordered something that was not charged to the account until today. Then I asked the person for his name and a confirmation number for the call and he said that he could not provide one, so I proceed to ask to speak to someone else and he still kept drilling me for more information on my account. He said that someone named Allen had charged the account and purchase something form Queens NY. I do not live there. I called up Chase and told them to send me another debt card. I am hoping that I can get my money back also.

Listen folks! this group of crooks or person, charged  my bank account without my knowledge. I don't know how they got my debit card #????. My bank took the charge off. The bank advised that it might happen again. I may have to get a new debit card. CAREFUL OUT THERE EVERYONE!!!!!

Shame on me...  I bought two "Chef Baskets" (as seen on TV) from this company for $19.95 + $6.95 ($26.90 total).   Somehow, I received three packages and was charged $78.04.   Besides that fact that they're crap, (flimsy, poor design and poor quality) I refuse to pay for something I didn't authorize or want.   I'm returning all and expect a FULL REFUND.

I order the chef basket , buy one and get one free...the free one cost more than the one I bought then they charged me 63.92 for 2 deluxe baskets that I didn't order..they wanted to give me a 10.00 refund and they keep the 63.92...now I have to pay to ship it back and hopefully get my money back if not I will see a lawyer..they took out money without my concent...I will never buy from them again and I will spread it all over the internet and any where else I can!!!!

This phone number comes from all differents Companies.. maybe you ordered a few rings from the future queen kate Middleton at $29.99 + shipping and handling..
I myself try to call them just to tell them that they send me only one certificate instead of 4..
