Just had the pleasure of dealing with these jerks.  I need to know how to stop the calls. They had my blood pressure so high, I felt lightheaded I have never been talked to the way operator 615748 spoke to me.

I receive a call every day from this number and the male individual demands that I call him back at this number and ask for operator 614316. He is very demanding and very rude. I will file a formal complaint to put a stop to these calls.

Don't call them back! They are likely paid every time they make an attempt on behalf of the client. Any company who does business with this type of company is cheap and could care less how they do so. I'd love to pretend to be Ken just so I could find out which company uses this disgusting company.

Visiting my elderly parents and this call kept coming in at 8AM with an urgent message. I called back and was badgered from the start. I was told to get my lazy a** out of bed, get a job etc? Seriously? I was also told to shut up! The people who work in what they call "Professional Services" are bullies who I assume use these tactics to keep people on the phone so they can collect something from their clients. I was so upset, called back and was transferred to a man who answered as Legal Dept. OMG he was just as insulting and gross. These types of efforts to collect on unknown people is so obnoxious and illegal it pains me to think its happening. I don't owe them money and never heard of a Ken but I do hope they are shut down and held able account for the illegal and cruel tactics.

Let them know the next time they call that you intend to use whatever legal sources that are available to tie them up in court until HELL freezes over if they even imply again that you are responsible for your son's debts.

I think I spoke to the same person.  Called about my sons bill.  My son has been in a hospital for over a year since a car accident and they tell me what a horrible person I am for not paying his bills from 3 years ago.

This is illegal people they are not suppose to call people with a recording!!! Join me and lets sue that people!!! my email address is dontlietest@gmail.com. "Professional Services"...Have informed them three times the person they want does not live here, and while I have passed on the message I want phone calls to cease.  They have told me twice "have him return the call and we will quit contacting you", and then hung up.  They tell me it is regarding a law suit they are getting ready to file against the person in question (which is more than they can legally say!!). Operator number 606681 told me I should have the person in question contact "Mr. Stone" who is the attorney handling the case. I suspect it is a debt collection suit. I called the FTC and lodged a complaint.  I wish I knew how to get the calls to stop, they call everyday between nine and eleven a.m.

The keep calling and leaving a message that it would be in someones best interest to call back immediately. Very stern.  A friend told me they represent anytime fitness.  Doesn't that health club say no contracts cancel anytime.

They call every single morning at  8 a.m. It's just a recording will a call back number. I've called back THREE times telling them my son does NOT live here and to quit calling. They hang up on me!! How do we report these idiots?

These people are the rudest debt collectors I have ever encountered!! I cannot believe what they are getting away with who wants to come with me and file a claim against them I believe that this will work in numbers.

first i get a recorded message stating call this number with an operator number to use also not a name mentioned! so i call it to realize that this is a debt collector for my son who hasnt lived with us in 5 yrs and doesnt have much contact with us and i have also explained to this rude man in the past! today i asked him not to be so rude to me,that i have nothing to do with this matter! than he stated that i raised him didnt i? si i said my son is his own person, than he said im pretty sure he learned it from his mommy and daddy! so i told him to F-OFF! Than i called the number back to talk to a supervisor and the supervisor hung up on me also! i say WOW! how professional! never tell a mother she is a bad mother! and my only wish is that they have children someday that do exactly oppposite of what they tell them to and they can see!

call from Professional services, use terrible language, and want $300 from someone but not my name. they call everyday

this company needs to quit calling my home for someone elses bill!!! these are the rudest people I have ever spoke to!! If you call this number they answer "Professional Services" they use profanity and love to yell at me!!! First of all this is a bill that does not concern me and I will not tolerate being harrassed by these people!! They need to go back to school and learn to be "professionals".  Quit harrassing me over someone elses matter!!!!!!
