They are a debt counseling/management company. It's not a scamming thing. You must've put your number in for debt consolidation services or something of that nature.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone and i'm on cellphone no call list they are a cedit card telemarketer

I also got a call from this number on my cell which is on the do not call list. Came in at 12:36 est and did not leave message. I tried to call back and it sent me to credit exchange offering financial services. Says they do not call people from the above number and if we received a call from that # to report it to phone company.

They called my cellphone (also its on the no call lists). Aparently doing a websearch its these guys "http://www.thecreditexchange.com/ContactUs.aspx" or someone scamming pretending to be them. Personally I think the call is a phishing scam for any personal info they can get.
Call was made ~1:05 CST 10/23/09
