try searching stuart and barnett maybe.  if they are a debt collector and deny you an alternate form of communication that is a violation.  I recommend that you request them to email you the information such as what company they are with, what this is about, etc.  Then you will have documented communication with them, if they do that for you.

I got this call from Jody Taylor from Stewart and Barnett requesting the same statement.  I am currently going through a bankruptcy (wife and I are both laid off teachers) and this Jody lady is extremely rude.  The last time I recorded her conversation and she made comments like, "you're so stupid, why don't you get a crayon and napkin so you can write my number down."  Does anyone have their actual address so I can process the cease and desist order?  Thanks

they call and state they are an investigator and need a statement from me.  I call back and there is no company name or anything.  I have informed them to email me the information regarding this case against me and they refuse to do so.  I was a criminal paralegal for 16 yrs and yes they can email me the information since I requested it to be my main way of communication with them.  Then I also have everything documented regarding them per email-this is why I think they do not want to email.  I also think that they are with another company call CPS-consumer portfolio services

I keep getting calls from this number and it shows on my cid as unavailable.  Again, it is this Investigator Miles with some allegations against me that he is "trying to help me out with". When I call back no company name is announced. I want to know who these people are so that I can have an attorney call them back.

they must be trying to get a tenant of mine and have called me, a lady named Jody Taylor with attorney's office stewart and Burnett Attorney asking us to call. Thanks to the other comments I can now tell why I got this phone call

This person Jodi  calls my husbands job 10 times a day, shes very rude. She also leaves messages onmine and my husbands cell phones yells at my children and tells them they are rude just cause they say I'm not home. This needs to stop!!!! I don't talk to my children the way this so called Lady does.

AllI get is a call from someone names Jodi/ Stewart and Barnett to call her at  800 794-0279 about some allegations against me.. Then she calls me job like 3 times in a row.. don't they know we have caller id's and I will not answer a call from a private number.. leave me a message and I will get back to you when I get a chance.. And STOP CALLING MY JOB!... You can leave your message on my cell phone.

they conti to call... no names of the company only different ppl.. stating I'm investagtor Miles. & his ext. they have # but i have never received any correspondence from them via mail. i wish someone out there will tell me who this company is.
