Received a call a while back and got roped into the "free trial" deal. Somehow I wound up with three dozen cartridges that I don't need nor will I ever use and then the ops manager called me today to inform me that my last shipment of one dozen toner cartridges would be sent out in UPS today. I asked him if he had fallen and bumped his head because I didn't order any cartridges much less four dozen. He then proceeded to tell me that he would be sending my final invoices, marked final, this week and that once I paid in full, he would remove my name from the calling list. I told him to take his invoices and leave them on his desk with a donation cup because that would be the only way he ever got paid for that stack of outrageously high invoices. Avoid these yahoos at all costs...if Reliable Printing calls you, ask them to send you their BBB rating and a corporate background and then you will talk to them about purchasing. They will hang up and not bother you again, for at least a couple of weeks.

I received a call from "Nicole" at Reliable, and she tried to get me to tell her a model number of one of our machines which I would not give her.  I asked for her to email me the price list and she said she was in promotions and did not have access to email!  Are you kidding me?!?!?!

Any clue where this is from?

got a second call from Nancy.  Very pushie!  Insisted that I needed to buy cartridges from her because everyone elses were only half full.  Told her know.  she told  me she would call me back every so often to see if i was ready to order my 2 "free" cartridges.  Need to be really careful with this one.

I received a return call from Kendal, as I previously told her that I had to check with my boss. I told her that my boss is not interested and that we are happy with our contracts. She said  that she understood that we are not in contract and will call my boss later. PUSHY!!

I received a call from Kendal and she stated that they were in Colorado. She was trying to sell me ink cartridges that are "100% full". She claimed that the other leading brands are only 50% full. I almost believed her until I 'googled the name Reliable office Supplies and they don't exist. I called the 800 number and they did answer as Reliable. ?????? I think we will stick with our local companies!

Same experience as yours, I told him if he was legitimate then all these scammers are making it hard for him.

i know AJ and he is a genuinely good person, there are some companies that do misrepresent themselves. with success comes failure stories as well. i have respect for AJ, don't know alot about his company.

I've heard of the have two cartridges for free scam, and almost died laughing when the clowns at 800-795-2888 called my company. AJ made a point of telling me he only makes out going calls, and I would have a hard time reaching him.

Received a call from "Greg" with Reliable Printing Supplies. Of course I know all about the scams having worked reception/phones for over 10 years. He asked what type of printers we had; I politely told him that I never give that information out over the phone due to scams and that I knew he would understand. He began to talk very fast, rattling off different types of machines trying to get information out from me. I simply told him we did not have those machines. I then asked for a phone number where my boss could reach him should there be any interest. He gave me 800-795-2888 as the corporate office in Santa Monica stating that they have been in business for 30 years. I then asked for a website and he said he did not know as he was only a telemarketer for the company. How shady is that? Well I called the number and the person that answered the phone stated that they do not have a website. How can you be in business for 30 years and not have a website? Still shady. Keep up your guards, folks!
