I got a very rude message. No way to conduct business at all no matter the reason...her tone was simply uncalled for.

Message- "Crystal, this is Carol call me at 800-798-4012 ..I called it back and all it did was ring. I understand they are trying to gain funds for a medical bill I have yet to take care of. I pay my bills..here is my message to them.. Find me a job and a place to live. Because I lost my job through no fault of my own a few months back...I am sorry I can not magically pull 1500 from where the sun does not shine. When I get a job and do not have to couch surf then I will pay them back.

I do not know who is calling but leaving a 1st name and toll free but no company or reason for call does not prompt me to return a call.

This is for Account Recovery, they are a debt collector.

I just got a call from them, turns out I owed some money for a college class I didn't complete.  They were polite and accepted a check by phone to clear up the debt.

Legitimate business.  Do know that they do account recovery for some health care institutions.
