I haven't gotten calls from this number, but its charging me about 40 dollars a month and it listed off this number, I would like to know why, along with I'd like to cancel whatever it is.

I was charged by this company too.  I've just been to http://www.membershipserve.com/ and spoken to someon on the 'Live Help' who have been able to confirm what the charge was for and have now cancelled it, they have also 'apparently' requested a refund although I'm not holding my breath.
Wehn you start the live chat they will ask for your credit card number, I refused to give this to them and asked them to search off my email address which they did, so you don't need to give your card details over.
Hopefully this will have it sorted now.

They are based in Cyprus and their main holding company is  www.gwenscam.com - I went to their website, clicked on Live Chat and gave them the details of my complaint about unauthorised charges from SSY Group.  The operator asked for my credit card details - ONLY GIVE THE FIRST FOUR AND LAST FOUR NUMBERS to them - they CAN trace you from this but DON'T give out your full card number over an insecure connection.  She immediately offered me a refund to my card OR access to another dodgy 'pass' website which I refused.  All took about 10 minutes.  Just a suggestion - DON'T be abusive towards the operator - SHE didn't bill your card and you need HER help to get your refund.  Gently does it!  Let me know how it goes.

SSY Group located or operating from Cyprus as 800-804-6068 need be BANNED from every Credit Card companies list of allowed cashing of money from any Credit Card.
They've collected my Credit Card number thru some lousy website with 'CHAT models' and a FREE 2 day Membership.
They use many e-mailaddresses to send complaints to, and they just reply that they cannot trace your record, asking again to register!!

Same happened to me. How can we trap this fraudulous organization. These outlaw activities need be stopped immediately.
It's dirty, dishonest and respectless and Credit Card companies need be warned not to accept anymore charges of this 'GROUP'.

I've tried that website, but they say they have no record of me using my credit card, so can't help me

It's no use cancelling your card, unless you're paying it off in full, as they still have your account number and can continue to take out subscriptions. My bank is also investigating this fraud.

I am having the same problem, with debits on my credit card for $39,97. I went to the adress above and they said it belonges to an adult web site suscription. They cancel it and send me an e-mail confirmation. Now i have to wait until the next bill account and see if it worked.
I could never find a solution without this page.

this has happened to me alot this month and i have talked to them and they said it was signed up on some website.  i am now going to call my bank.

never got a call but i was charged without being notified.

this is a mess the same peaple have billed a friend of mine 200 pounds from her account she hasent signed up for anything or have direct debits shes repoted it to the bank and the police and it being investigated

I just went to www.gwenscam.com and went stright to their support on the bottom of the page and told them to cancel my account i didnt even sign up for it... And ask them to refund my money.

same thing happened to me. i called the # and they said i signed up for something called allnetworkpass.com and said it was an adult website. i had them cancel and hopefully thats the last time i see that name on my satement

The people that own this number have billed my credit card without authorisation and I have not been able to locate them to make them stop or return the money. I dont know the system but somehow other scammers latch onto the c/c details and start charging without you knowing anything about it. I have cancelled my card since the first deductionbut they have billed me again on the new car wich I did not have the number YET!!!. SSY GROUP 800-804-6068 CY

I just called my bank and the company is in Cypress, the bank is refunding and initiating an investigation

I received no calls but a charge was Bank for $39.97.
I called my bank because I could not get a full phone number.
The bank helped me find the number but when I called I was informed that it had been disconnected.
I have the bank investigating the fraud.
When I first called I was just trying to make sure it was not charged again.
i also got another charge to a different company which has a legit phone number and they canceled the charge and refunded my money.

Hey I just found the site that is billing you guys and it is called Gwenscam.com and if you have kids and they have a credit card with you it might be under theres or it might be under a differrent card that is being billed and you might call and ask them to check all emails in the family that lives in the house and also if you are a memeber of adultfriendfinder.com it can be billed that way to so check those areas and see if you get an answer that way ok!!!!

$38.00 was taken out of our account by this company and when I called the number, it said it was an adult website customer support company. They wouldn't give me the name of the website. There was no account in either of our names, but they somehow had our card number. We've canceled our cards and the bank is going to investigate for fraud.
