I called the number back and this is RuffaloCody some kind of college admissions service http://www.ruffalocody.com/enrollment-management/. Their voice mail says to leave the number that they called so they can call you back and sell your their services. With a name like that, I don't think so

i got this call too (about ten times) and finally answered it. It was Vanguard University wanting to see if I was interested in the college. i told them i wasn't and they haven't called since.
