First I received a calls from: 262-704-0030 and the only thing I could find on this number was that it was from Wisconsin.  They call many times a day, and no one is there if I answer. And they don't leave a message.  I called the number back, and first time all I got was a male voice breathing very heavely on the phone.  No talking at all.  He proceeded to do this for at least 3 minutes.  Meanwhile, I didn't say a word.  When I heard a female voice in the backround, he hung up.  I called this number back again and got a woman named Karen who stated she was from Kohl's looking for my nephew (I know he owes them money).  She asked that he call her at a different number, which is:  800-815-6457 ext. 88709.

thats because being with  a debt company means nothing until they have a signed power of attorny letter from them

I HEAR you. I went through the same thing with Kohl's several years ago, when I was out of work on STD and drawing only 60% of my salary. They and these other debt collectors don't give a flying fig if you are lying in the gutter with all four limbs chopped off. THEY WANT THEIR MONEY. PERIOD. The only way I was able to get rid of them was to file for Bankruptcy.

Call was from KOHL'S Corporate office wanting me to call them back. We owe them money, BUT have told them 4 times that we are using the service of a debt consolidation service to help us repay. They don't give a damn and are calling us 6 to 8 times a day, 7 days a week!
