Spanish Speaking company

Keeps calling me and speaking in spanish.  Called the number back finally got a english speaking person,  he was looking for my husbands ex.  They have been divorced 25 years.

i called the number 800-819-0947 and told the lady to take me off the list as no one speaks spanish in my house, she was very nice, lets hope this works, i also told her i was on the national do not call list.

Hey thanks wheeler for that info. I just called and told them Im filing a compliaint and they said they removed my number but it would take 24 hrs for the calls to stop! We'll c if that actually happens LOL

I have received calls continuosly from this company number 1(800)819-0947 in Spanish. They ask for a name of someone I don't know, so I presume they are trying to 'hit by luck' when calling my number.

When I asked how they find my number they told me it was put on a credit application. Then I told them it was used because the person put the same LAST name I have and use my published number on the web by the telephone company. So I told them not to call anymore. They still insist calling using illegal practices because they can't call more as soon as I told them we don't know the person nor the issue.

Where I live, you can record phone calls if the person allows you to do it (in some states you just have to tell the person you are recording). Then I asked them to allow me to record the conversation, and they never gave me a Yes, what means that they are just calling to know if they have luck calling the right person or people who knows the person.

If they call you and you know you are not involved in the issue, tell them you are going to record the conversation from the start of the call. Don't gave them an opportunity to ask something. They will try to extract some information from you before giving a No by keeping saying they are looking for "John Doe".

If they are using legal methods they won't have fears to be recorded. Also ask them details when recording of the person they are looking like second last name or maidem name, street address, etc. Remember that they are the one calling, not you, so you have your right to ask everything before telling them you are not the person they try to find. They are invading your home privacy. Remember to ask for the name of the person calling and the employee number and also from where is the company, the main phone number and in what state they are legally incorporated.

I have been getting either hang-ups or messages from this company for about 2weeks. When they actually leave a message it is not for myself, but a relative. I will not call them back, and I now hit ignore on my cell. I hope they will give up soon.

I receive intermittant calls on my cell phone from 800-819-0947. they leave a message that states that it is important I contact them. I will not do that because they do not identify themselves on their message. they could be a telemarketer for all I know

This companies name is MRS Associates out of Cherry Hill, NJ.  They have not stop calling me for the past 2 and a half weeks, i have finally found out their name, and they still have failed to remove my number from their list.  Their corporate number is (888)334-5677.  I am planning on speaking someone very high up in order to end this garbage.  I hope you all will join me!!!

I have the same problem with massages on Spanish every day three times a day.

I received a call from the same phone no. they asking for me but to a relative phone. I did call but as I ask what this is for and if is a trusted company they cut the call.
