this number calls my girlfriend everyday at weird hours of the day, and she didn't want to answer it because she didn't know who it was. finally after repeatedly being woken up by this number, i answered and a lady's voice said, "please hold for a very important call." and it hung up. i called the number from my phone and she asked me for my 16 digit card account number. i was like "um my friend keeps getting calls from you guys but when we answer it hangs up." then she was like "so you don't have an account with us?" and i said "no, i dont. i dont even know who 'us' is." and she told me to call this number (800) 808-1923.
