Wow, crazy and sad indeed. Just make sure you change all passwords too. Just wiping your computer alone will not protect you if they got access to your on line banking and private info.

I called this number, thinking it was Adobe Systems LLC, they proceeded to not identify themselves and correct me and continue listening to my issue regarding a serial number issue and said they could help.  They asked me for remote access in order to identify issue, I unfortunately granted access(support.me, which went to logmein123.com) using and then the tech tried to see my issue with my serial number.  Then he proceeded to tell me that he needed to run a report to see why I was having issue on computer, I allowed access. We ran the report and saw that I can a security breach in my network and that I has a zeus trojan.  I got suspicious, when he pulled up Wikipedia and started to ask me if I wanted help.  I told him I was confused, that I only wanted help access my adobe software.  He then said I couldn't be helped till I fixed my issues, so I said I would call back and immediately disconnected.  Now I think my computer has been compromised and will need to wipe out.  PS. I called Log Me In 123 and told them what was occurring and they where not helpful.  The good new
