A serious sounding guy identifying himself as "Mr. Martin" left a message saying it was absolutely critical that we call the law offices of Bronson and Migliaccio at 800-834-4066 x 3134 regarding "a serious legal matter in the office."  Of course, we didn't, because I'd never heard of these people before, but this call was clearly designed to intimidate and elicit a panicked response.

got a call from this # 1-800-4066  it was for my son who I explained did not live with me...they said it was the contact # he had given...I asked who had he given it to? they said they were not allowed to say..but that he needed to contact attorney Bronson and Migliaccio extension 3119...my comment back to the girl on the other end was that unless she wanted to tell me what the call was in reference to and answer my question as to the reason for the call ...that I was not relaying any messages...and to remove " MY" phone # from their files...

first called from 410-863-4622 asking for my Dad who was not there at the time, told me to leave a message for him to call the number 1-800-834-4066 and an extension 3116.

We received a call from 8008344066. the young caller announced himself as attorney hinkle and just assumed he was speaking to the person he was trying to contact. The ploy was designed to intimidate; hinkle called me by the person's name, indicating that I must have a lawyer contact him by the end of the day, without giving his reason for the call.

My 78 year old mother received a call yesterday....for my EX husband (we've been divorced 6 years and never lived with or near my mother).  I called them back, told them exactly who they were calling, that I had no knowledge where my ex was, and that they were to immediately cease and desist caling my elderly mother looking for someone who never lived with her and who has nothing to do with the debt and I threatened to report them to the Ohio Attorney General's office and FTC, etc., if they did not comply.
