If a company provides you a service, they are permitted to call you. If you don't want to receive further calls, cancel your service agrrement ith them and tell them to remove your number from their call list.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Stop Calling.

I had Terminix in the past, but canceled with them.  They sent me a letter offering $100 renewal so I requested a quote from Terminix through their web site. Doing so says you agree or receive telemarketing calls from them.  In my case the web site said they'd call me to give me a quote.  

Shortly afterwards I received a call from this number, but the caller ID showed "Instrument 1039".  Thinking it might be Terminix, I answered and they hung up.  Now I remember why I canceled.

Every time they called me for harassing me to offer them business, I didn't pick up the phone and then I called their 800 number 10 times not to say anything to harass them back. Now I BLCKED their call but if I see that shown on my called id, I still call them back 10x each time they call. Let them pay. I really hate this pest "company".

Terminix has called 4 times at least so far as of AM 8:00 CDT They are not showing their name on caller id. This is devious. Why are they not showing their name?  Because they are guilty of the laws of the FCC and the FTC. that's why. They don't get a hint either do they? They keep sending this person out and I don't want him. I don't like him. I still have my bug problem and he keeps blaming me for it.  If their stuff was any good then the bugs would be killed off. That's what I know.

I filled out a form to inquire about services. WRONG THING TO DO. They have called my phone 6 times today! oh my gosh,  at least leave a message.  I'm not desperate, just interested.  Ridiculous.

I told them I didn't have termites, but the place does have an infestation of some kind of weird spider/scorpion/praying mantis critters.
When he said "Really?", I knew I had him. Just couldn't resist.
Yeah, their webs are tough as steel, and they fly too. I think they started off in the walls, but since then some of the walls bulged out so much they spit open and now they think they have free run of the house.

The smaller ones come out mostly at night, but the bigger ones don't seem to mind the daytime, and those make a noise that sounds like a someone squealing the name "Bobby"
"Just how big are they?" he asked.
Oh, the small ones are no bigger than a quarter, but the adults, at least I assume they are adults, look about the size of a large mouse or a small rat. They got my Chihuahua, Ricardo, nothing left but bones. And they keep trying to lure Socks, my cat into a trap.

My husband has asked Terminix not to call 3 times. Have now saved their number to my phone so their name will display if they call again. We receive at least 1 nuisance phone call a day from a variety of scammers and businesses. Sometimes as many as 5. This site is a blessing.

This is Terminex.  They keep calling on my WORK number.  I have called them three times and they keep calling - 3 - 4 times a week.  Terminex is a Pest!

We used a local pest control company that sprayed the exterior of our home including the roof.  Thanks to the new economic policies and tax changes the company could no longer survive and they sold out to Terminex.  They sent a guy out and he sprayed a line around the base of the house.  Then they wanted us to pay for the service.  Fine just send us a bill.  They called for months requesting payment and we kept requesting a bill.  I sent an email to corporate and they sent an email bill along with the explanation they were having billing problems.  So between the billing and the poor spraying we never called them again.  They keep calling us.

I use to have Terminix years ago and the Service Tech who came out to my residence on a regular basis, I never had a problem with... Not a single complaint. He did his job and was very professional and polite. When they switch him to another route, then the S**** hit the fan, literally. After several complaints to Terminix, the problem still persisted, so I cancelled there services immediately. It's been several years now since I had Terminix. When they first started calling, my CID would show Terminix with there phone number, but now, my CID shows Unavailable, 800-837-6464. Since I don't answer calls when my CID shows Unavailable, Out of Area and so forth, I have no Idea who the company is, that is calling.

I told them my house burned down and, as a result, had no more wood left for the termites to eat.

I have never renewed a contract with Terminex but they keep calling me. I recommend for anyone not to ever sign on with Terminex because they will never leave you alone even when the contract expires and you choose another local company for pest control.

I signed up for pest control with a local start-up company. This company sold out to Terminix. Now the only pest problem I have is the Stupid Terminix "Special" offer calls I get. I am on the Do-Not-Call registry and have made a formal complaint. Seems there is no way to get your number OFF of their list.

TERMINex TERMITE SALES CALL.. I like terminex on the first day of service; other than that; have them come out all over again when needed; the follow up service form was just a guy coming in my home and sprahying "spider spray" which was convieniently in his hands at all times every three months; which the spiders never responded to and the numbers were always there and so were the bugs; as soon as they ended all service it only took two months for all the bugs to return!!! It was amazing.  There products work but they need good bug guys to use them only one was knowledgeable enough to use them correctly (the first time) and i stayed waiting to see this guy again and never did.  What i got was some old man who was lucky to be working and did not know his stuff like the original bug guy did.  I liked the first guy a lot better.  too bad they do not KEEP the good guys and they keep the ones willing to work for less.  i thnk the EX in terminex is because of all the EX customers who don't like the customer service they give. lol

Eco, now Terminex.  I cancelled them out a year ago and they called on my cell!.  I have the Call Control app and they are now blocked.  I use the phone tray software to block the d****heads (politicians, telemarketers, charity scams, opinion polls, faxes sent to wrong number, etc., etc. on my land line).

I have not had a contract with this company in over a year.... a tad late to start asking if I want them back now.
Also it is great to see all the grammer nuts in here. I am sure it helps the person who wrote it

I hired this company for pest control on a one year contract.
The problem was solved, the contract completed. They were paid in full.
Now they call my home phone and my cell phone to solicit a new contract.
I've told them, twice, "Don't call me, if I have a problem, I'll call you".
