Just got a call from the goons at Stanislaus Debt Collection Service. Specifically, a moron by the name of Francis (extension 257) is harassing me - in open defiance of a motion to stay for the bankruptcy that was filed. The debt has already been DISCHARGED!

They asked for me but wouldnt tell me what it was in regards to. just a personal business call. if they cant tell me why and call from a restricted number, then of course i am going to question. they also stated i should be expecting the call. hmm... nope

Asked me to call Elena at extention 258. This is harrassment. I do not have any outstanding debt so it is not about me but may be some one of my friends. Sheer harrassment. Isn't that illegal?

Got a call today from this number. I called back (just to see who it was) and it's Stanislaus Debt Collection Service. Good Luck... I just won't call them back. They can't take money I do no have.
