Got a voicemail from 267-644-1140, asking to call this number back. Listed online as some other company, and the message said it was concerned the "last 4 digits of your account number ending in ####", which were completely wrong. Don't trust this crap, call Sprint directly for anything related to your account!

Like others, I called Sprint to verify that this number was theirs, and it isn't.  Just someone trying to steal your information.  I'm a bit concerned how they got my name and the last 4 of my Sprint account number, though.

I knew this was a fraud!! I knew it!! Losers!! they called me from a phone number of 480-263-4026 and told me to call and verify that my account number was to this number you all are talking about 800-839-6716 to see what it is cause I might get disconnected and I made a phone call from another phone and it was my account number. But sprint says thats not true even though they had my account number that it is not their number and that I played it for him what was on my voice mail and he laughed saying it was crazy and not their number. And I immediately came on here to look up and sure enough it's  a scam. These idiots are getting smarter by the seconds. I am tired of these idiots! I have so many block numbers from these idiots!! Really really mad!!!

These people are driving me crazy. I don't even use sprint. There ought to be a law against them.

This is a fraud number. NEVER give your payment info to someone who calls you. ALWAYS call known authentic numbers to verify billing issue.  NEVER give your payment info to an unknown automated system. Dial 0 to speak with a live person.  If it says something like "Invalid entry, please try again" you know they're NOT who they claim to be.  DON'T be a victim!

I too get calls from this number but don't

so I automatically don't trust it

So this number is a bogus number??  I am so tired of being harassed by scammers I can't stand it.  I wish there were some way to stop getting those calls all together.  I guess moving to the top of  Mt. Everest or in some rain forest where there is little to no communication possible, of any kind is the only way to escape these cons.

ok, i started getting messages saying "if you're this person, press 1". it's an automated voice that doesn't even ask for a fake name. they call my cell from all different numbers. i finally had the cell temporarily disconnected.

i called this number and hit "0" till i got a live person who claims they are sprint but cannot verify the corporate address of sprint and/or give an address for their company at all. they say they need my name and address to remove my cell phone from their list. since i wasn't willing to give it, they transferred me to a manager. this person, Melony, claims it would be removed from their list in 30 days.

she said i could call her back at 505-771-7638 to find out when all numbers associated with them will stop calling me so that i can turn my cell back on.

this is a bs company. don't give them your info, they certainly won't give you theirs. report them when they call you.

Just called sprint and they told me this number doesn't match any of their departments. Don't give them any information and call *2 to confirm.
