Yep, it's overstock.com's customer service and yep... very professional voice mail to confirm an issue I had. Great company.

I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it, but it is Overstock.com.  I had returned an item and they were calling me about it.  They left a very professional voicemail as well as sending a followup email.

It was Overstock, calling me about the status of some orders I inquired about.  Very professional voicemail.

They called me on the 1st also & I had returned items to them so I'm sure it's Overstock.com. I recognized the number from speaking to them before. They didn't leave a message but they sent me multiple emails regarding my returns soon after calling. Taking care of them & crediting me back.

@Matthew it shows up as Unavailable just like many valid companies do these days. Not all businesses have their business names on the Caller ID of the phone numbers they call from. This is most likely due to the numerous different numbers within a company. Probably only the main phone number shows up with their business name.

If this is Overstock.com, why can't they put their NAME on Caller ID instead of "Toll Free Call"?

Yeah, PayPal lists this as Overstock's number.

This is actually Overstock's Customer Service number. I just received a call from them to confirm that I did receive the item that I had ordered that had been delayed a bit in delivery. I'm guessing your credit card number really was stolen, as this is the real deal. No scam here. Good luck with that.

They said they were Overstock.com, and that I had ordered a camera from them!  I've never even visited the website!  They said someone was ordering with a stolen CC, and had given my name!  I think it must be a total hoax, in order to get  my cc number!
