These people call before 9 am and leave no message and machine.  Called ID states "A Toll Free Call"

Seems that it could be one of those Jail House people trying to get me to push numbers so they can get FREE calls out.

I get continual calls from this number belonging to HSBC (Beneficial Finance).  I've had at least 72 hang up calls between Nov. 4-28.  The calls are coming from an OUTSOURCED PHONE CENTER IN INDIA!!!  When I call back, I can't understand 99% of the "customer service reps", so I ask them to transfer the call back to the US.  They keep screwing it up, so I just keep making a notation of the calls and will list them on the Do Not Call List and see what happens.

Call 15 times a day from 8 am till 4 pm and never leave a message. If I ever get them LIVE on the phone they are going to get the worst metal whistle in their ears blown as loud as I can blow it. Turds.

They have called me 2-3 times a day for a week asking for some woman I am a man. I have asked them repeatedly to stop. It continues even today. They refuse to identify themselves by name or company.

I constantly every single day every hour, inthe morning until late evening....

Calls every few minutes and does not leave a message. Hangs up before answering machine has a chance to record.

Keep getting calls from this number, no message left and they call on Sundays too. Very annoying!

If this is hsbc it is a new number from teh one that they usually use.  They take my payments out electronically every month like clock work and they have the nerve to keep calling me to say I am behind in payments.......
They did that two years ago so I made an extra payment then but not again.....

HFC is the most unprofessional business in the business.  They will lie, cheat, and steal any way they can.  These people called me 4 times on a Sunday--a definite violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act.  They will post payments late (have documented proof of this) in order to charge late fees and interest on late fees for payments that aren't late.  Our government should do something about them.  With all the complaints I have read/heard about them, they should be run out of business by now...

*UPDATE* I finally got a hold of someone there. If you do not have an account with these losers it will take some patience but you just keep pressing 0 until it tells you to choose to enter your account number or the last four of your SS#. Choose the account number option.  I then just kept pressing 0 and the # sign until it told me to enter my full SS# which I am NOT stupid enough to do so I did the same thing entered 0# until it stated that it would be transferring me to someone to help me. Once on the phone I explained to the person that I did not have an account with them and that I told the first person that this number is not for the people that he called for. I told the lady to remove my number from their records since it was a cell phone and that I was pretty sure that in my state that it was illegal to call cell phones for solicitation. The person was slow in getting this done but so far so good. I will be documenting any more calls and then calling my state's attorney general's office to see what can be done since I am not going to be harassed for someone putting in the wrong number I told the lady that I had the number for almost 2 years now.

Also for those who do not know that this company is partnered with HSBC bank. Just do a search for them on Google and you can find out that this company is known to be a royal pain in the rear as well as shady as hell. I already don't like HSBC bank and this makes me hate them all the more.

I am having the same issue. It started today and they asked me for two different names when I answered I told them that they had the wrong number. They have called me 4 times since then. When I called them they wanted the last four digits of my SS# I do not want to give it to them I typed in 0000 3 times and they wanted an account number I have no business with this company and I am ready to rip them a new one once I do get a hold of one of them. Also the worst part of this is that they are calling my CELLPHONE!

I get calls from this number almost daily. They call just after 8AM and continue throughout the day. I have no business with this company and the calls are a form of harassment! They do not leave a message just keep calling back. I HATE it!!!!!!!!

Yes I got a call and it sounds like the guy is in the jungle, birds in the background, crazy huh!

800-846-7510: Calls constantly from first thing in the morning until late in the evening. Not a good way to run a business. Once you speak with a rep it needs to be entered into your folder with the results of the call. Any calls after that amount to harassment with no goal other than making the receiver repeat the same information over and over.
They count on people not filing local complaints with the court. I believe this is illegal but hard to prove harassment in a court of law. A class lawsuit might make them rethink their collection methods.

I have an account with these people .Payment  is due between the first and tenth of the month. They will call you on the second day of the month and tell you you're late,They call about seven times a day.They tick me off ..I feel your pain.I wish I could make them stop.

I am not aware of any debt collector coming after me, so I want to advice these stupid callers to leave a message.  Unless I know who the hell is calling me and what they wanted, I will not answer.

413-222-1532 is a Catholic Charities company phone number.  I keep getting calls from 800-846-510 for a Hector Torres. He is the former owner of the phone. Please update records-  too many calls!!!!

Getting calls as well, harrassing, why?

Called me numberous times today, payment was already made but the calls keep coming.  Was told to hold for a rep then told sorry all reps are currently unavailable please call back later, like I called them.  Happened 12 times today.  I finally called them and they can see that the payment was made and even after talking to a rep and was assured that I would not receive anymore calls I was called again.

They called twice on Sunday 7-4-2010 before 9:00 am. They talked with my wife the day before. They were told that I have not had a steady income since my layoff of my job some 14 months ago. They continue to harass.

I see them call and just press the silence button on my phone. Can you imagine the losers that get the list to call and call and call and nothing but call everyday over 2 and 3 days late, I just look at their number and laugh it off.

This number calls several times a day!

This is a bill collector and they will hound you to death, calling over and over again throughout the day.  We've had to turn our ringer off just to get some peace!

Calling me on my cell phone many times per day,no message.I returned call, but call could not be completed as dialed.
