I keep receiving these calls, and I do no have a mortgage with Chase......

THIS IS A SCAM !! CHECK OUT THE ADDRESS AT 3415 VISION DR. COLUMBUS, OHIO.......IT IS  A HOUSE !!!  IF YOU RECEIVED A LETTER, MAKE A COPY AND SEND IT TO YOUR STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, FRAUD DIVISION.

Chase mortgage. I notified them I cahnged bank and to draw payments out of new account. Even received confirmation in writing. They still billed old account and of course freaked out that they did not get theor money.
Does anyone wonder why these morons misplaced 2 billion dollars?????

Do NOT call them back from your house or cell phone. They will never stop calling you and when you call them back it only lets them know the number is viable.. I don't have an account with Chase and Chase will confirm that this number is NOT affiliated with them. This is all a phishing scam. If you don't believe me, call them back but call them from a pay phone and do NOT give them your account number or SSN. It is free to call 800 numbers from a pay phone...the 800 number owner has to pay for the call!!! If you want to get these scammers where it hurts, call them from every pay phone you come across!

Chase calling about an escrow change (wow, 16 whopping cents a month). Recorded message left a voicemail.

Just calling to advise of a change in my escrow payment amount.  Recorded message. No biggie.

This automated call from Chase called me. The message said," If this is ... then press 1, if not press 2." Only the ... was actually blank, they didn't say a name. I am not behind on any payment, and have been overpaying since I purchased the house. Either they have the wrong phone number or it's someone phishing for info. I hung up and didn't choose an option. Lets hope they don't keep calling

actually the govt didnt bail out chase. they didnt want the money but were forced to take it by govt and repaid as soon as legally possible

Chase is a harrasing bank that gives people head ache that arent even late or behined. They call me on the 2nd and every day after, when its not late until the 16th. They worst company I have delt with by far!!

it is chase mortgage,these people call regularly. i lost my job last year but still managed to pay my mortgage and got one month behind. i finally found a job but making 25 percent less than what i was making before, so i begged them to work with me on my payments and they said there was nothing they could do accept continue to call. all this to say that finally i got ahold of someone with some common sense. they have sent me a loan modification package out, and i am requesting that the one payment i am behind on be tacked to the end of my loan.  i explained that i can pay once a month, on payment, and the guy at chase said no worried. fill out the paper work and send it in and we can work with you. so for anyone who is late call and keep asking for someone who can help get you a loan mod. it will help you catch up. but yes the calls are very annoying.

They will call you over and over even if you have a payment scheduled with them. Their system A doesn't know what their system B is doing. So if you tell them you have a payment scheduled then they will magically see it. Then the calls will stop but you have to talk to someone in their collections department, and it will only stop for 10 days. If your payment isn't scheduled within those 10 days, then you have to call back and tell them again, and it will go on hold for another 10 days.

I WONDER HOW MANY OF THESE COLLECTORS ARE BEHIND IN THERE PAYMENTS.  They are nasty and do not understand that when chase is done with them they will be let go and in the same boat as all the other American's . Things would be easier if leanders and sales people just told the truth when lending money and closing loans to consumers.

the same thing has been happening to me.  I got laid off, fell behind on my payments and Chase refused to help me out with re-modifying my loan.  Its a little known fact that when the gov't bailed out Chase, they had to agree to help anybody out that needed their loans remodified.  I hired a lawyer and they are now working out the details for me.  Once you obtain a lawyer, the calls will STOP!!!!  trust me!!!

This is the first time I have received a call from Chase with this number.  My caller ID is filled with abouth six other numbers that they use.  At one time I decided to answer the call but was unable to understand what the person was saying.  I asked to speak to an American or someone who spoke english that I could understand.   After about ten minutes another idiot came on the line who was worse than the first.  I haven't made a house payment in over six months and have no plans to ever do so.  They can do whatever they want, I am beyond caring.

I am getting this call in the name some juntha which is not me. So stop calling.

I have been getting calls from this number at work which we have a system that after hours messages are left from customers, etc.  The person that checks this message service says they keep calling this number for me!  I have been late on payments, but I always pay.  I work really hard to pay all my bills, however it's a struggle driving to work and paying these stupid gas prices!!
When I do talk with them, they tell me there are going to send a packet in the mail for me to give them some information so they can help me, but I never receive the packet!!!
This should be harrassment...pick on someone who doesn't pay for months and months intead of those of us that struggle but pay within reason and often!
I agree about the attitude with these people who make these calls, they need to have a little compassion and understanding since we are all sharing this world!

I recently went thru nasty divorce. Ex wanted house in foreclosure. I worked out repayment plan with Chase. First Payment due April 22nd. Went to Chase Bank (had to be money order) Bought  money order and mailed to them on the 12th. I always Western Union pmts as I prefered this way. They would not let me Western Union. They date stamped receiving it on the 21st. I received the pmt back on the 30th. When I ask why, they could not say. It had to be referred to their ER dept to research. I should hear back from them in 3 to 5 days. What about my next pmt?? They didn't know. Talk to the the ER dept. I only owe two pmts and am on disability so my house is important to me as it is to everyone on this site.

Guess what? SAME thing exactly happened to us. They are doing this to everyone. We have an FHA as well. Hope things turned out ok for you.

I am getting calls from this number for someone I don't know. I called the number back and you cannot get anyone. I would like to tell them to quit calling ny number! I don't even have a mortgage through these people.

Called our office looking for someone who hasn't been at this number for five years.  Was extremely rude to me when I explained that we did not wish to receive calls for this individual.

What??? how is that possible??? WOW, that is kind of funny because it's Chase bank, but not so funny when it catches up to ya! good luck!

Our payments are due the 1st of the month as well. VERY hard to change due date or make any changes. My husband called to inquire about our escrow and had to confirm information. They kept telling him he was saying the wrong City. That's not what they had on the note. Well our City name has not changed, it was very frustrating. Took two days to work it out. Worst people to work with. We have been working on getting our due date changed for 3 months!!!! They have yet to change it and we keep sending the paper work work Every other week!! They told me "well you have the grace period" but I'm tired of the calls. If I could get the due date changed to the 15th it would be paid on the 15th instead of using the grace period. But they are terrible. We will definitely be refinancing with a different company. Horrible experience!!

Learn how to speak proper English and then maybe you will be taken serious. Our country has been given away by materialistic, celebrity worshipping buffoons who do not have the mental capacity to make a coherant argument. We as Americans are on our way to hell in a hand basket.
