These morons call my fax machine twice a day. I believe the guy who had my number before me didn't pay for s*** because everyone is calling looking for him.

They call many  times at day and  nights.

Diversified Consultants calls me probably 12-15 times a day EVERY DAY for a debt they say TMobile said I owe, which I don't.

I am going through the same thing. And it was also TMobile. Same story. Contract up, cancelled and they keep trying to tell me I owed for another month. DCI is saying I owe even more than what I was told the time I spoke directly to TMobile.
It is on my credit report and I don't know how to dispute it.
They've been calling several times a day every day lately. I absolutely agree it is harassment. Why are they allowed to harass people the way they do? It is out of control.

I keep getting calls from this number and they also hang up the minute I answer.  I am getting sick of this.  It is terribly annoying!  I do not know if the call is from Diversified Consultants but it is the number that keeps calling me and that everyone here refers to.

Call me everyday at 8:45pm, 5:30pm and 8:30am and hang up on me. Apparently that's there game - the give you phoney phone calls till you pay them.

I get that same treatment. Several calls from 201-942-4414, but no msg. When I have answered, I get hang ups. It was from the same company, Diversified Consultants.

It is DCI/ Diversified Consultants Inc of 10550  Deerwood Park Blvd #309, Jacksonville Fla.,a 3rd party debt collector and debt buyer. They acquire blocks of phone numbers and make predictive dialer calls originating from various parts of the country, including 201, 877.651,and 712 area codes, plus 800 and 877 numbers . The President of DCI/ Diversified Consultants Inc , as just reconfirmed with the Fla Secretary of State , Don Zehnder , has voluntarily posted direct contact numbers on his various public websites. So if you have a complaint, why not give him a call. His numbers are 904-316-1168, 904-565-1020, 904-565-1020, and 904-247-5500 x115. The main general company number (switchboard) is 904-247-5500 if you prefer, and the DCI website is www.dcicollect.com

I am going through the same thing.  My nephew worked for T Mobile for a few years and was never told that this would happen.  We have spent countless hours trying to fight them!  What can we do?  I do not want my credit ruined becuase of this.

TMobile tried to charge me an extra month after terminating their service. I was not under contract. They refused to work with me. They dumped me to DCI who has called me with 12 different numbers and counting. I refuse to work with these people. I owe nothing. This method of harrassment should not be legal. Calls made from random numbers and no voice messages left. This is not a legit company in my view.

Caller calls a few times but never leaves a message.  So I eventually answer out of curiosity.  The lady says my name then says she needs to verify if I am who I say, is my social security number #########?  I asked her what company she was calling from.   She told me very quickly diversify consultants.  I asked her what she needed?  She said she couldn't tell me unless I verified my social.  I then told well I guess she didn't need to speak to me because I wasn't giving my social to a complete stranger over the phone.  She starts to repeat about verifying but I hung up the phone.   This call didn't seem on the level and was curious about this number from Weehawken, NJ.  Hope all scammers fail.  It's unrealistic but I don't want to help them by keeping quiet.
