I've gottten call from them as well, never anyone on the other end.

Was getting at LEAST 2 calls from them daily. Chkd web, info in previous posts is correct, so I went to the site of the Republican Presidential Task Force, http://www.task-force.org, & I think I mailed info@nrsc.org & told them to remove my 2 phone #'s they kept pinging. I can't find an e-mail link on their site now, of course. I did follow up & went to Senator John Ensign's main site...he's from Nevada...& mailed his office directly, since his picture's all over the place on the nsrc.org site. I'm sure you can also call the NRSC @ 202-675-6000 & get them to remove your #. After I did that, I've received no more calls from them.

I get a call from this number every single day for the last 6 -7 months.
Caller ID says it is "Toll Free Number". I can tell you this, if I ever find out who in the hell is doing this, we are going to do a little dance. If you are monitoring this then you had best cut it out or I may have to cut you out. I am GD tired of erasing busy signals as a voice mail. If I ever meet you in person, you will wish you never, ever touched a damn phone in your life. And believe me, eventually, I am going to find out who in the hell you are !!!!!!!!!

Same thing here.  Number keeps on popping up on cell phone.  Have answered a few times to no one on the other end.  This is very, very annoying.  This has got to stop!

Keep getting phone calls from 800-859-4159.  We don't answer it but it is really annoying because the calls are very persistant!  No messages are ever left.

Yeah and when you try to leave a message to tell them not to call you again, it says "Sorry the owner of this mailbox, can not accept your message, as the mailbox is full."

Answering to a silence on the other end.
Must be some sort of voice activated thing that starts up when I say hello four or five times.  Not going to do that...!!

I got a call from the same number on my cell.  I also ignored it, but called the number from a company phone so they wouldn't be able to identify the specific extension.  I get a voicemail recording for the "Republican Presidential Task Force."

Has called my cell phone at least 4 times but has not left a message. I do not answer since I do not recognize the number. I have no idea who it is.
