Keep getting calls from 8885725637 saying message is for my son (they are actually using his correct name) and saying call them and settle payments

That number keeps calling me 2 but I hang up cause I also think its a scam.  They call me every day ss one times 3 times a day

Daily calls from Palmer Reifler but from 888-284-3185. They leave only a few second message that sounds like  a man's low voice and grunting. Very strange--obviously trying to intimidate. Each time I get the call, I report it to the National Do Not Call Registry, but it doesn't seem to deter them. I don't owe them a thing. They are true bottom feeders.

I keep getting phone calls from this number (888) 572-5637 but I'm always busy to answer ,  and when I check they leave a voice message yet they don't say anything

same here. we need washington & our phone providers to put a permanent stop to these bags of crap.

This is a bottom feeding law firm/collection agency out of Florida.  They use scare tactics & claim they will sue, threatening me to collect a debt for a family member who is a minor.  They are requesting that I pay a debt that they have no proof that I owe.  (Force all debt collectors to prove the debt is yours.  If they cannot provide you with a copy of the original document that was signed by you, they have no claim.)   What do I say to them?  GOOD LUCK!!

this number is from palmer law firm whom represent retail stores in matter of fines and litigation. if your number is in their records they will call in order to remind you of any payment that is due, if you actually speak with someone i am sure they can remove your number from their list. if you know you have to process a payment with them i suggest doing it online at their website with your file number. it isn't a scam but sometimes people give out wrong numbers to them especially since any involvement with them has to do with some form of fine being paid to a retail store. their website is easy to find and my dealings with them have been very courteous and helpful in matters of my business with them. hope this information is helpful.

This is a SCAM!! Dont send any money if you get a call, dont return it like the message says to do!!!

My teen son was caught for sticking in his pocket a chap stick, small bottle of ibuprofen and a lighter at Walmart - totalling just about $10.  He had to give them back, so he really didn't get anything.   He (and I as well as I had to take many days off work to address it) already had to pay restitution through the court system with counseling, community service and making amends, because of the charges. Now they claim I also have to pay a civil penalty, first $200, then $450 (since I didn't pay the $200) and call me nearly every day sometimes a couple times per day.  However I refuse to pay the money they will not stop.  I think Walmart is ridiculous to keep harassing me over a few items worth so little when much more crime is committed in there store daily.  I contacted them about dropping it, but they refused.  I will NEVER shop there again - they have lost my business.

same a$$holes harrassing calls. if we survive the obama iceage, we pray that we will have leadership who will take the citizen's quality of life seriously, & punish the unholy $hit out of these criminal rodents.

I get the exact same thing - mine through Comcast.

I keep getting calls from this company on my cell phone no less.  I called them back to tell them not to call  anymore on my house phone but put on hold.  They do not leave a voice mail but it is getting to be a pain because they call quite a bit.  I do not know how they got my cell number because I never give number out only have it for emergencies.  I don't answer that call when I see who is ringing but howcome if they supposedly know me they do not leave a message on my cell.  They are a pain.  I am not paying for a call that I do not know who it is from.  Your privacy is constantly being invaded.  I am also on the "Do not call list".

Got a call from this number.  It is a collection agency.  They were looking for for someone.  I did not know the person they were looking for.  They said they would remove my number.  Time will tell.

these f****n calls use so much of my minutes daily seriously 8am every morning its b***s***. sometimes twice a day. what am i supposed to do?

My daughter has paid them $30.00 twice cuz they said they never recived the money.  Now their calling me saying I need to settle my debt.  I dont even have credit cards! WTF!

I was arrested for shoplifting from wal-mart, these are their civil lawyers and they send out letters to collect restitution from anyone prosecuted. I've been making monthly payments but they still call. If you're not involved legally with this company, it's simply in your best interest to ignore them.

as far as i know this is the number for the law office that represents safeway stores, i wont answer tho because these harassing  calls are rediculas

In spite of being the Do Not Call list I've received several calls from this "law office" and money mart too many times to count. I downloaded this app for my android phone that will answer and automatically hang up on unknown, restricted and numbers like these that I add the "blacklist". Seems they always have a new number though. I figure they have to run out of numbers at some point and they only get one shot on my phone with each number they use. this is a good way to handle if you're not concerned about minutes on your cell.

stop calling stop calling. Got several calls from number...believe its a scam of some sort. i hate that they got my number without me giving it out.

The same happens to me.
Often I am getting two calls per day from this number (888.5725637) which I don´t know.

I don´t like to pay for such scam calls.

Ignoring them will NOT make them go away, but blocking the number will keep them from leaving any message.   I have been getting these calls for nearly a year now.  I have blocked their number and now, it doesn't even ring through to my phone. The only reason I know it's them calling is the number shows up on my TV screen, even though my phone doesn't ring.
