Company wasn't identified by caller. Stated it was "Scott Baker" & I needed to call him back by 5:30 concerning "a personal business matter" and that this was my "final notice". If this was a legitamite businessf matter, I'm sure I would've received something by mail by now.

This is a scam.  A man called from this number saying my electric would get shut off at my place of business by 3pm if I didn't pay $1000 by a greenpak card.  I paid it and then after 15 minutes realized it was a scam.

I have been getting calls from this number almost daily fit about a month.  I do not answer.  I blocked it,  but they a voice message is left.  Before today,  the message would be be empty.  Today, the call said I needed to call back before 7 Pm regarding a personal matter.  Came here to try to identify number.  If it's a debt collector,  it would be in regard to hospital bill that was not paid,  but is not and never was, my responsibility.  Told the hospital 4x in writing who to bill.  That is only debt anyone could call me for.  I'm glad I came here.  Won't answer for sure.

Called my work and left a message. Wanted me to contact Darla Wilson by 5 p.m. She sounded very direct. Of course, I work at night, so I could not get a hold of her directly when I got into the office. I called the number and it said Fidelity. It looks like a debt collector of some sort. I had some medical issues this past year, so this sent me into a panic attack because I thought I had paid for everything. I have never received correspondence from this company nor have they tried me on a cell phone or at home.

1-800-860-9701 Someone from this # called my work. Did not leave any information just to call back and ask for Rice. Don't know who that is or where they are from or what they want. I have had fraud calls before. Getting tired of them. They only call my work and ask the girls in the office to have me call.

Just block their number. My cellphone has a menu selection for this purpose. You can do this after the first call when you know you don't want to talk further with someone.

I have found on the internet that this number WAS a fraud??   I just received a call but didn't answer bc I didn't recognize it.

A guy by the name of "Dan Ferguson" left a message for me or my spouse to call.  Leaves no other info as to who he's with.  They call 3-5x a day.

This number calls me at least twice a week. Now, a woman named Janice always leaves a message & says the call is "very important" & "concerns a small business matter." I'm not sure why I would be concerned with a small business since I've never had one or worked for one? I never answer anymore because when I did answer I would always get put on hold.

It's because you're being targeted by some dis-service outfit that you've rejected. Thus their focus and attempts now are to attempt to defraud, harass, annoy and pester you. We're tracking the vast majority of these fraud calls to Time Warner Cable dis-services.

HOW TO REALLY STICK IT TO THEM:

The best way to make them both literally and figuratively pay in a manner of certitude of leaving them and them alone wasting their time and money. Is continue to publicly share the revolving numbers they're attempting to employ against us.

Where in response to their call[s] either block or immediately hang up on their foolish fraud call attempts to your phone and document the numbers they used at your convenience and or leisure.  

There are far more numbers they use in their vast scam, defraud and that we've collected and tracked. That either I or I'll have another member of our network return to share with all of you for your vigilance and awareness.

I receive a call from this number at least once per day.  It goes to the answering machine, and the pre-recorded message they leave is always telling me to hold for the next available representative.  Why should I hold when they are the ones calling me?  Then someone comes on the line and tries to speak very politely and calls me by name as though they think I am on the line just waiting for someone to answer me, when, again, they are the idiots calling me.

These people call twice a day they don't leave a message at all why bother calling if yourn't going to say any thing! And to be it all I have a magic jack phone. So I'am wondering if magic jack is selling there customer number? It seems that know matter what you do the wrong people get your number!

Phukers leave a message that is basically a hang up. I have NO intentions of returning this call.

Glad for caller I.D., but our government really needs to impose much stiffer penalties on companies what use your privately paid for telephone to harass you with. God only knows you can be put in jail if YOU do this to others.

i recieve a call everyday from this number at least 3-5 times starting early morning to late evening. i do not know who they are and when they leave a voicemail it cuts off and they never identify what company they are calling from or anything.

Well, we are up to twice a day now with these characters. That call blocker was the best 100 bucks I ever spent. Bill collector or confidence trickster, who knows. I'm to wasting my time talking to somebody who won't even tell me who he is.

I was getting calls from this # as well.  They were looking for someone that didn't live here.  I've had my number for several years but recently moved to a new address.  The house address is cross ref. to the phone #.  I called the company (yes, it's Fidelity) & told them what was going on.  She was very nice & said she would take us off the list & the cross ref/mailing list so this wouldn't happen again.  It's worth the call.

I received an automated phone call with this call back number and a reference number.  I called the number back and it was answered as "Fidelity".  Whomever they were looking for is not at this phone number and were nice enough to remove my phone number from their system.

My mother has received several calls from someone who says his name is Mr.Baxter and to call before 7 regarding a personal business matter of hers and that's all it says and I'm worried it's someone trying to trick my mother out of money.

I got tired of fielding crap calls so I purchased a tracfone and give this number out to those I don't know very well. I have a cell phone with a national provider but do not give this number out to anyone but close friends and family.

Really helps cut down on junk calls.

Just remember to make sure you always have enough minutes/service days left, or you will permanently lose this number when they run out.
