They call us constantly, the amazing thing is we have no business with Wells Fargo Bank. I wish it was not calling, there should be harassment charges filed against them and a lawsuit. I have no idea where or how they even got my cell phone number is on the no call list. This is playing harassment for no reason at all

This has to be the worst mortgage company EVER. My mortgage was sold to them and they have been the opposite of heaven to deal with. Unbelievable. Words cannot explain how horrible they have been. I don't understand how they can do all they do and not crumble under the weight of the sheer, inept evil.

My house is paid for. They keep calling. I am considering legal action for harrassment. The Loan was in my sister's name. She does in  
2011. Calls come twice daily. Wellsfargo needs to be punished. Class action lawsuit for harrassment. How greedy to bog to fail.

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage company has called my phone asking for another person. I have repeatly told the this is not the address of the person they are calling for. I offered to help them to look up my # in the
phone book but they refuse to listen to me. I have never had any dealings with them and they keep calling .
This morning they called at 8:45 am. I tried to talk to them the Woman told me she couldn't talk to me any more except to verify the phone number was not the phone right number. and she said she would remove my number from their system. I told her that the other callers had told me the same thing, and apparently hadn't done it.

No.  The number  1-800-868-0043 is indeed Wells Fargo Bank.  They utilize this number, however they have many more.  They did call my home because my mortgage payment is due on the 20th of every month, and it is six days late.

I call them every month to let them know that my payment will be late. They know this in advance.  The worst part is that they will not allow for any changes on the due date unless I re-mortgage my home.  NOT!  I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I have received as many as 21 calls in one week from them with regard to my account.  They harass individuals, and this last call was placed to my residence after 9:00 pm.

You should audio record and video record those phone calls to substantiate the existence of those calls made and Wells Fargo's intent to collect on a debt already paid up.  

800 calls don't usually show up on your phone bill records so it is difficult to prove that you were called by WF unless your phone will retain those phone calls as received, but they get wiped out as new calls come in from everyone else.  

You have to have absolute proof.

SICK and TIRED of this BS. I have DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, I guess this doesn't work at all...I am going to solve the problem disconnecting my phone for good!

Who ever this is they hang up every time I answer It pisses me off.. I yell into the phone HELLO HELLO and they hang up !! Its every day at 8:30 am too !

It is Wells Fargo (Default Services) I'm actually dealing with them through this number on a number of complaints..... Simply call it back and wait for a human and they will tell you they are Wells Fargo! lol~

It is Wells Fargo. They use multiple numbers. You can file a cease and desist per Fair Credit Practices Act to have them stop, however, if you are negotiating a loan mod with them, then you will be subject to these calls.

I just spent 45 min checking wells fargo site and that number is NOT on the website and you're a dick

Yes, this numbers is the Wells Fargo Mortgage collections department.
They call me several times a day, as late as 8:30pm. I never answer, just "Reject" to voicemail.
What a pain in the a**; they've already filed Foreclosure why bother trying to collect NOW??

The house phone rang. I looked at the ID caller, and it read 1-800-868-0043. I did not know the number so I did not answer the call. However a message was left. Susan was calling from American Servicing. She left another phone number: 1-877-222-7875. The message was: Susan calling from the American Servicing Co., in regards to my mortgage payment. That it was an attempt to collect a debt. She also left the days of the week and hours they were open. Needless to s, I do not know anything regarding the phone numbers, or the company. I do not have, nor have I ever had a mortgage payment.

There is no reason for them to be calling me !!!!!

I just received a letter from Wells Fargo saying "As you have instructed, we have taken the necessary steps to cease all telephone calls. This will be effective for the life of the loan, or until you remove or rescind   this request."

So, it works.

These calls are from the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage collections department. My mortgage payment is due on the 1st and late on the 17th. My mortgage is current and my payment is not late. Nevertheless, WF made four computer generated collection calls in the first week of the month as early as 8:30 AM and as late as 9:00 PM. I sent a fax and a CMRRR letter containing the following: ?This is in response to numerous phone calls I have received from you. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, with regard to any matter concerning the collection of this or any other debt you allege is owed to your company or to your principal/customer/client I demand that (i) you make no telephone contact with me, (ii) all communications must be only in writing and sent to the address above, and (iii) you make no attempt to contact any third party including any members of my family or my employer. This letter also verifies that I live at the address above, therefore, any further locator attempts would be a violation of the above named Act.? I included my name, address, phone number and loan number.

So far so good?.no more calls. Good luck.
